TikTok Ads integration setup guide
Connect your TikTok Ads Manager account with the Flinque influencer marketing platform to track Spark Ads, compare organic creator content with paid amplification, and measure full-funnel performance.

Before you begin
- A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above
- An active TikTok Ads Manager account
- Admin or operator access to your TikTok Business Center
- Approved TikTok For Business account (new accounts may take a few days for full API access)
Setup steps
Open the Integrations page in Flinque
Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find TikTok Ads and click Connect.
Sign in with TikTok For Business
Click Sign in with TikTok. Use the email or phone number associated with your TikTok For Business account. Complete any two-factor verification.
Authorize and select Ad Account
Approve the requested permissions (read-only access to ads, campaigns, and reports). Select the Ad Accounts you want Flinque to sync.
Configure Spark Ads attribution (recommended)
Enable Spark Ads matching to automatically link Spark Ads back to the original creator video. This works for ads where you have the post URL or creator handle in your campaign metadata.
Save and verify
Click Save. First sync may take 30 to 60 minutes for accounts with significant history. Subsequent syncs run every 6 hours.
Troubleshooting
“Account not approved for API access”
New TikTok For Business accounts may need verification before API access is granted. Allow 2 to 5 business days for TikTok to approve. You can still create campaigns; only the API integration is delayed.
Spark Ads not matching to creators
Spark Ads matching depends on the creator handle being recognized in TikTok’s response. If a Spark Ad uses a creator not yet in your Flinque list, add them first to your creator database, then re-sync.
Conversion tracking gaps
TikTok Pixel and Events API have delivery delays. Confirm conversions are showing in TikTok Ads Manager directly before troubleshooting Flinque sync.
Disconnecting the integration
- In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → TikTok Ads and click Disconnect
- Optionally revoke Flinque’s access in your TikTok Business Center settings
