Meta Ads integration setup guide
Connect your Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) account with the Flinque influencer marketing platform to compare creator content with paid social, identify the highest-performing combinations, and run smarter campaigns.
What you can do with the Meta Ads integration

Before you begin
- A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above
- Access to a Meta Business Manager with at least one Ad Account
- Your Facebook account must have admin or analyst-level access to the Ad Account
- An active Facebook Page connected to your business
Setup steps
Open the Integrations page in Flinque
Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find Meta Ads and click Connect.
Sign in with Facebook
Click Continue with Facebook. Sign in with the Facebook account that has access to your Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts.
Approve permissions
Meta will display the permissions Flinque is requesting (read-only access to ads, pages, and insights). Click Continue.
Important: leave all toggles enabled to allow Flinque to sync your full ads data.
Select Ad Accounts to sync
Choose which Ad Accounts (and optionally Facebook Pages) you want to sync. Most users select all relevant Ad Accounts under their Business Manager.
Configure and save
Set sync frequency (default: every 6 hours) and choose data fields to pull. Click Save. Flinque begins importing historical data immediately.
Troubleshooting
“Permission revoked” error
Meta requires periodic re-authentication for ads-related apps. Reconnect the integration to refresh your token. Make sure you do not uncheck any permissions during the OAuth flow.
Missing Ad Accounts
Confirm that your Facebook user has at least Analyst access to the Ad Account in Business Manager. Personal access (where the Ad Account is owned by your personal profile) may show fewer accounts.
Conversion data not appearing
Conversion tracking depends on your Pixel and CAPI setup. Confirm Meta is reporting conversions correctly inside Ads Manager before troubleshooting Flinque.
Disconnecting the integration
- In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads and click Disconnect
- Optionally remove Flinque from your Business Manager Apps and from your Facebook account’s authorized apps
