Our Hiring Process

No black box. Here is exactly what happens after you apply, how long each step takes, and what we evaluate at each stage.

Application review

Our team reviews every application within 7 days. You will hear back either way, including if we decline. We evaluate CV plus how you wrote the application itself because written communication matters in a remote team.

Intro call (30 minutes)

A call with the hiring manager to understand your background, motivations, and what you are looking for. Casual and conversational, not a test. Ask us questions too.

Skills assessment or portfolio review

Depending on the role, a take-home assignment (time-boxed to 3 to 4 hours max) or a deep dive into your existing portfolio. We pay for paid trial projects where appropriate.

Team interviews (2 to 3 sessions)

Meet the people you would actually work with. Technical roles get technical interviews. Other roles get scenario-based discussions. No trick questions, no stress-test tactics.

Final conversation with a co-founder

Every hire meets a co-founder before the offer. This is about cultural fit both ways. You should feel comfortable with who you are working for. We need to feel the same.

Quick reference check with 2 to 3 people who have worked with you, then a formal written offer within 7 days of the final interview. Total hiring timeline: typically 3 to 5 weeks from application.

Does Flinque hire remotely?

Yes. Flinque is a remote-first company. Most of our team has never set foot in our Boston headquarters. We hire across India, the United States, Argentina, APAC, and increasingly Europe. Specific role availability depends on time zone overlap needs and local employment regulations.

Does Flinque offer equity or stock options?

Yes. Every full-time team member receives meaningful equity as part of their compensation package. The exact equity grant varies by role, seniority, and location, and will be discussed transparently during the offer stage.

Can I apply if I do not have influencer marketing experience?

Yes. Most engineering, design, and operations roles do not require prior influencer marketing experience. Customer-facing roles and marketing roles benefit from it but are not limited to it. What matters most is whether you can learn quickly and apply your existing skills to our problem space.

Does Flinque hire contractors or freelancers?

What is Flinque’s compensation philosophy?

We pay competitively for each market we hire in, benchmarked against similar-stage SaaS companies. We do not chase top-of-market offers but we do not lowball either. The compensation package includes base salary, equity, health benefits, and learning and equipment stipends.
