Notion integration setup guide

Connect Notion with the Flinque influencer marketing platform to push creator briefs, campaign trackers, and reports into Notion databases for collaborative team workflows.

Setup Time
8 minutes
Plan Required
Starter and above
Auth Method
Notion OAuth 2.0

What you can do with the Notion integration

  • Push creator data: sync creator profiles to Notion databases for editorial planning
  • Campaign trackers: create Notion campaign trackers populated with Flinque data
  • Brief generation: auto-create Notion pages with creator briefs from Flinque campaigns
  • Multi-database support: map different Flinque data types to different Notion databases
  • Property mapping: map Flinque fields to Notion page properties (text, number, select, date)
  • Workspace level access: grant access to specific Notion pages and databases

Before you begin

  • A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above
  • A Notion workspace where you want data synced
  • Workspace owner or admin permissions to install third-party integrations
  • At least one Notion database (or willingness to let Flinque create new databases)

Setup steps

1

Open the Integrations page in Flinque

Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find Notion and click Connect.

2

Authorize via Notion OAuth

Click Connect Notion. You will be redirected to Notion’s authorization page. Sign in if not already signed in.

3

Select pages and databases to share

Notion uses a “select pages” model where you explicitly choose which pages and databases the integration can access. Select all pages and databases that should receive Flinque data, plus their parent pages.

4

Map Flinque data to Notion databases

Choose which Notion database receives each Flinque data type (creators, campaigns, reports). Map Flinque fields to Notion properties. Save the mapping.

5

Configure sync and save

Set sync frequency (real-time, hourly, daily). Save and run a test sync to confirm records flow correctly into Notion.

Troubleshooting

“Database not found”

The integration only sees pages and databases you explicitly shared during OAuth. Re-run the OAuth flow and select additional pages, or share existing pages with the integration manually from inside Notion.

“Property type mismatch”

Notion has strict property types. Map Flinque text fields to Notion text or rich text properties; numbers to numbers; dates to dates. Adjust mappings or modify Notion property types if needed.

Sync errors with select properties

Notion select and multi-select properties require the option values to already exist. Either pre-create options in Notion, or set Flinque to use text properties instead.

Disconnecting the integration

  1. In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → Notion and click Disconnect
  2. In Notion, go to Settings → Connections → Flinque and click Remove
  3. Existing pages remain in your Notion workspace; only the syncing stops
