Airtable integration setup guide
Connect Airtable with the Flinque influencer marketing platform to sync creator data, campaign records, and reports into your Airtable bases for collaborative workflows.
What you can do with the Airtable integration
- Sync creator profiles: push creator data into Airtable for use across teams
- Campaign records: export full campaign records with all attribution data
- Field mapping: map Flinque fields to your existing Airtable column structure
- Two-way sync (Enterprise): updates in Airtable can flow back to Flinque records
- Multi-base support: push different data types to different Airtable bases
- Automation friendly: trigger Airtable automations when Flinque pushes new records
Before you begin
- A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above (Enterprise required for two-way sync)
- An Airtable workspace with at least one base
- Permission to generate Personal Access Tokens in Airtable (Free or paid Airtable plans support this)
- An Airtable base with tables ready to receive data, or willingness to let Flinque create new tables
Setup steps
Generate an Airtable Personal Access Token
Go to airtable.com/create/tokens. Click Create new token and configure:
- Name: Flinque Integration
- Scopes: data.records:read, data.records:write, schema.bases:read
- Access: select the bases you want Flinque to access
Click Create token. Copy and save the token; it is shown only once.
Open the Integrations page in Flinque
Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find Airtable and click Connect.
Paste your Personal Access Token
Paste the token from step 1. Click Test Connection. Flinque verifies the token works and lists the bases you have access to.
Map Flinque data to Airtable bases
Choose which Airtable base and table should receive each Flinque data type (creators, campaigns, reports, etc.). Map each Flinque field to an Airtable column. Save the mapping.
Configure sync frequency
Choose how often Flinque should push new and updated records (real-time, hourly, daily). Save and run the first sync to confirm it works.
Troubleshooting
“Token unauthorized”
Confirm the token has the required scopes. If you used a legacy API key (deprecated by Airtable), generate a new Personal Access Token instead.
“Field type mismatch”
Airtable enforces strict field types. If a Flinque field maps to an Airtable column with an incompatible type (e.g., text to date), the sync fails. Adjust the Airtable column type or map to a different column.
Hitting Airtable API rate limits
Airtable API allows 5 requests per second per base. Large bulk syncs are batched automatically by Flinque. If you see rate limit errors, reduce concurrent syncs or contact support for help with batch settings.
Disconnecting the integration
- In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → Airtable and click Disconnect
- In Airtable, revoke the Personal Access Token at airtable.com/create/tokens
- Existing records remain in your Airtable bases; only the syncing stops
