Google Sheets integration setup guide

Connect Google Sheets with the Flinque influencer marketing platform to export creator lists, sync campaign reports, and pull live data into your team’s existing Sheets workflows.

Setup Time
5 minutes
Plan Required
Starter and above
Auth Method
Google OAuth 2.0

What you can do with the Google Sheets integration

  • One-click exports: push creator lists, campaign reports, and analytics to Google Sheets
  • Auto-refresh sheets: set sheets to auto-refresh on a schedule (hourly, daily, weekly)
  • Custom column mapping: choose which Flinque fields map to which Sheets columns
  • Multi-sheet workflows: push different data types to different sheets in one workbook
  • Team sharing friendly: use Google Sheets sharing for cross-team access without buying more Flinque seats
  • Bulk data: export thousands of creators or campaign records at once

Before you begin

  • A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above
  • A Google account with Google Sheets access
  • Permission to create and share Google Sheets files

Setup steps

1

Open the Integrations page in Flinque

Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find Google Sheets and click Connect.

2

Sign in with Google

Click Sign in with Google and choose the Google account where you want sheets created. Approve read/write access to Google Sheets and Google Drive.

3

Configure default folder (optional)

Choose a default Google Drive folder where Flinque exports should be saved. If you skip this, exports save to your Drive root.

4

Save and test

Click Save. From any creator list or campaign in Flinque, click Export → Google Sheets to generate your first export.

Setting up auto-refresh sheets

For sheets that need to stay current with Flinque data:

  1. Open the campaign or creator list in Flinque
  2. Click Export → Google Sheets → Set up auto-refresh
  3. Choose refresh frequency (hourly, daily, weekly)
  4. Optionally set the destination cell range to update
  5. Save the configuration; the sheet refreshes automatically going forward

Troubleshooting

“Cannot create sheet” error

Confirm you signed in with a Google account that has full Drive write access. Some Google Workspace policies restrict app access; ask your admin to allow Flinque if needed.

Auto-refresh not running

Verify the OAuth token is still valid in Flinque settings. Auto-refresh stops if the token expires. Reconnect the integration to refresh.

Hitting Google API rate limits

Very frequent refreshes (every 15 minutes) on many sheets can hit Google’s API quotas. Reduce refresh frequency or split data across more sheets.

Disconnecting the integration

  1. In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets and click Disconnect
  2. Optionally revoke Flinque’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions
  3. Existing sheets remain in your Drive after disconnection but stop auto-refreshing
