What you can do with the Wix integration

  • Track creator-driven sales: attribute Wix Stores orders to specific creators and campaigns
  • Sync coupons: generate creator-specific coupons that flow into Wix Stores
  • UTM-based attribution: capture creator UTM parameters at checkout
  • Order event tracking: get notified in Flinque when new orders come in
  • Customer data: understand the value of creator-driven customers vs other channels
  • Member integration: works with Wix Members for repeat purchase tracking

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • A Flinque account on the Starter plan or above
  • A Wix site with Wix Stores enabled
  • A premium Wix plan (Wix Stores requires a Business or eCommerce plan)
  • Site owner access (collaborators with admin permissions can also configure)
  • Your Wix site URL handy

Setup steps

1

Open the Integrations page in Flinque

Log into your Flinque workspace at platform.flinque.com. Go to Settings → Integrations. Find Wix and click Connect.

2

Authorize via Wix App Market

Click Install Flinque on Wix. You will be redirected to the Wix App Market. Sign in to your Wix account if prompted, choose the site to install on, and click Add to Site.

3

Approve required permissions

Wix will display the permissions Flinque is requesting:

  • Read Stores products and orders
  • Manage Stores discounts and coupons
  • Read Members data
  • Subscribe to order webhooks

Click Add to Site. You will be redirected back to Flinque.

4

Confirm site selection

If you have multiple Wix sites, select which one Flinque should track. Most users have a single Wix Stores site, in which case it is auto-selected.

5

Configure attribution preferences

Choose your attribution mode (coupon, UTM, or combined). Set default coupon configurations if you want auto-generated creator coupons. Save your preferences.

6

Verify connection

Flinque performs a test sync. You should see a green confirmation banner showing the integration is active and your Wix Stores data is syncing.

Verifying the connection

  • Place a test order using a creator coupon or UTM-tagged link
  • Check the Flinque Campaigns view; the order should appear within 5 to 10 minutes
  • Confirm products and Wix Stores data are visible in your Flinque catalog

Troubleshooting

“Wix Stores not detected”

Confirm Wix Stores is enabled on your site (not just any Wix site). You need a Business or eCommerce premium plan. Free Wix sites cannot use Wix Stores.

App not appearing in Wix App Market

Make sure you are using the link from your Flinque integration setup, not searching the App Market directly. The link includes a workspace identifier that connects the install to your Flinque account.

Orders not appearing

Confirm your test order used a tracked discount code or UTM-tagged URL. Without one of these signals, orders cannot be attributed to a creator.

Coupons not showing in Wix Stores

Coupons created via Flinque appear under Marketing & SEO → Coupons in your Wix dashboard. They can take up to 5 minutes to appear after generation.

Disconnecting the integration

  1. In Flinque, go to Settings → Integrations → Wix and click Disconnect
  2. In your Wix dashboard, go to Apps → Manage Apps, find Flinque and click Remove
