Frequently asked questions
The status page says everything is fine, but Flinque is not working for me. What do I do?
Localized issues (your network, browser, account) may not appear on the status page. Try refreshing, signing out and back in, or trying a different browser. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
How quickly does the status page update?
Automated monitoring detects most incidents within 60 seconds. Engineering acknowledges and updates the public status page within 15 minutes for confirmed incidents.
What is included in uptime calculations?
Uptime measures availability of core platform services (web app, API, authentication). Scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance are excluded. Third-party integration outages (Shopify down, Google API issues) are tracked but excluded from our SLA.
Where do I report an outage that is not on the status page?
Use Report an Issue for any platform problem. If we confirm a wider issue, we will publish it on the status page and notify subscribers.
Do you publish post-incident reviews?
For major incidents (sustained outage or significant customer impact) we publish a post-incident review within 5 business days, including timeline, root cause, and prevention measures. Available on the status page incident archive.
