Flinque Privacy Policy
The short version, because walls of legal text help no one
We collect the data we need to run Flinque (your account details, how you use the platform, aggregated creator data from public sources), we do not sell your personal data, and we give you real control over what we hold about you.
We follow GDPR for European users, CCPA for California users, and equivalent protections globally. You can export your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We tell you when we change anything meaningful about how we handle your information.
The full policy below covers the legal specifics. If something is unclear, email our team via the contact page.

8.3 Legal requirements
We may disclose information when legally required, such as in response to valid court orders, subpoenas, regulatory investigations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flinque, our users, or others.

When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, and supplementary technical and organizational measures. For more information, see our Children’s Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services when you choose to enable them (for example Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Airtable). When you connect these integrations, data flows between Flinque and the third-party service according to the permissions you grant.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how that service handles your data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before connecting. See our Integrations page for the full list of available connections.
15. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Flinque uses algorithms and machine learning to score creator authenticity, detect fake followers, and generate audience insights. These are advisory signals meant to help brands make better decisions, not automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
If you are a creator and disagree with any automated assessment about your profile, you can request review and correction via our contact page.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
- Notify active account holders via email or in-platform notice
- Provide at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect, where feasible
Your continued use of Flinque after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
