A media kit is the one-pager a brand asks for before it books you. This builds the content of yours from figures you read off your own analytics. It supplies none of them itself.
| Field | What it does in the document | Where it came from |
|---|

Follower counts, engagement rate, country split, age bands. Every one of them is a box you fill from your own analytics. Leave a box empty and the kit prints the line blank with a note saying where the figure has to come from. It never estimates and it never fills a gap with something average, because a brand that cross-checks you will find it.
Who you are, where to find you, how engaged your audience is, who that audience is, what you have made before, what you offer and how to book you. Sections you do not fill are dropped entirely rather than left as empty headings.
All of it happens in your browser tab. No account, no upload, no request to any server when you press the button. Close the tab and it is gone, so copy it out first.
You fill the boxes and press the button. The generator assembles a plain-text media kit, prints it into an editable box and lists every field underneath with a note on whether it came from your input or was left blank. You copy the text into whatever you build your actual one-pager in.
It produces the content and the structure, not the design. That is a deliberate split and worth being clear about, because a media kit is usually a visual document. What this gives you is every line of text in the right order with nothing missing, which is the part that takes the thinking. Pasting that into a layout tool and putting your own fonts and colours on it is the quick part, and it is yours to do.
Each line in the platforms box takes a platform, a vertical bar, your handle, another bar, then whatever you want printed beside it. That third part is free text, so you can put a follower count, a count with a recent view figure beside it or nothing at all. If you leave it off, the line shows just the platform and the handle, and the kit notes that figures were not entered rather than inventing any.
Your name, a short bio and at least one platform. Below that there is no media kit to build. Everything else is optional, and every omission is reported in the field table so you can see the shape of what you have sent.
The kit arrives in an editable box. Rewrite a sentence, reorder a section, cut a line. The copy button takes the box as it stands at that moment.
A media kit is mostly numbers, which makes it the easiest document in creator marketing to get wrong. The temptation is to round up, to quote your best month or to fill a gap with something that sounds reasonable. This generator removes the third option by never supplying a figure, and it makes the first two your own decision rather than a nudge from a tool.
Typed by you, per platform, in the third part of each platform line. The generator has no access to any platform and would not guess at one. A line with nothing there prints with nothing there.
Its own field, and blank until you fill it. If you leave it empty the kit prints the line blank and says the figure has to come off your own analytics. There is a second field asking what window you measured over, because an engagement rate without a window is not a measurement. If you want the arithmetic done for you from your own post data, the engagement rate calculator does exactly that and nothing else.
Country split, age bands, gender. All typed, one line each, off your own audience tab. This is the section a brand weighs hardest, because it decides whether your audience is their customer, and it is also the section where a supplied default would do the most damage.
The results box is for figures you can show the proof of. The kit prints a line under that section saying as much, which is a commitment you are making rather than a claim the tool is making. If you cannot screenshot it when asked, leave it out.
One optional line. Put a starting figure you have set, or leave it blank and send a rate card instead. Nothing suggests an amount. If you want the separate document, the rate card generator formats your own rates without pricing them either.
A brand looking at your kit can pull third-party data on you. Figures that disagree cost you the deal.
Read your engagement off your own posts over a window you name, so you can show the working.
A current figure from a normal month is worth more than a peak from last year.
The generator needs no account. Flinque has a free tier if you want to see your own profile.
Every name and figure below is invented to show the shape of the output. None of it is a reference point, a typical value or anything read off a real account.
A kit headed MEDIA KIT with her name, niche and city, then the bio as one paragraph. The platforms section shows Instagram and TikTok each with a handle and the figure she typed, and YouTube with a handle and nothing beside it, followed by the note that some lines carry no figures because none were entered. The engagement section shows her invented rate and her window on two lines.
The rates line prints blank with the note that a figure belongs there or in a separate rate card. The press section does not appear at all, because she left it empty. The field table reports three blanks by name out of fourteen fields.
Clear the engagement rate box and regenerate and the engagement section prints empty with the note about reading it off your own analytics. Nothing else in the kit changes, because no other line is derived from it.
A media kit shows you at your best, which is what it is for. The thing to understand while you build one is that the brand reading it knows that too, and the good ones verify. That changes what makes a kit effective. A figure that holds up under checking is worth more than a bigger figure that does not.
Whether engagement is plausible against the follower count. Whether the audience location matches the market the brand sells in. Whether the posts you show are representative or your two best ever. A brand running a shortlist will pull third-party data on everyone on it, and a kit that disagrees with that data is worse than no kit at all, because it raises a question about everything else in the document.
An engagement rate over your last twelve posts and an engagement rate over your best twelve posts are different claims and only one of them is a measurement. Naming the window is what makes the figure checkable, and it signals that you are not picking. The generator asks for the window as its own field for that reason.
If you are a brand rather than a creator, the community has a thread on reading a media kit critically that covers what to press on. Building one and reading one sceptically are the same knowledge from two directions.

Follower counts and engagement rates change month to month. A kit built six months ago quotes figures you can no longer show, which is the most common way an honest creator ends up sending something that does not check out. Regenerating takes a few minutes, so do it when your figures have moved enough that you would wince at being asked for a screenshot.
Past collaborations are the section that improves on its own. Each finished campaign is a line you can add, and the two or three most relevant to the brand you are pitching are worth more than a long list in no order. Reorder rather than only appending.
It is tempting to keep a different kit per category. In practice several versions means several sets of figures going out of date at different speeds. Keep one current kit and adapt the message in the email rather than in the document.
The kit answers who are you and who do you reach. That question comes up after a brand has shown interest, not in the first line of a cold message. The outreach email generator builds the message that comes before it.
A brand replied and asked for your media kit and you do not have one. Filling the boxes once gives you the document and, more usefully, shows you which figures you have never actually looked up. The blanks are the homework.
Regenerating from current figures is faster than editing an old design, and it catches the lines you would have forgotten to update. Build the text here, then drop it into the layout you already have.
Screenshots of your insights answer one question at a time and make a brand do the assembling. A single document with the same figures in a fixed order is easier to forward internally, which is what actually happens to your kit after you send it.
The same structure for every creator makes a roster comparable, and each kit still carries only that creator's own figures. Fill the boxes once per creator and keep the layout constant.
"We tested three platforms before landing on Flinque. The creator data is more reliable. The filters actually work. Our team spends half the time finding the right influencers now."
"Flinque replaced two tools we were paying for separately. Creator discovery and performance tracking in one place. And the data is actually accurate."
"Our campaign turnaround time dropped significantly after switching to Flinque. What used to take a full day of research now takes under an hour."
It does not supply any audience figure. Not a follower count, not an engagement rate, not a demographic split, not an estimate of any of them. If a number is in your kit, you typed it.
It does not connect to any platform. There is no login, no account link and no import, so nothing is pulled in on your behalf.
It does not verify your figures. Nothing here checks whether what you typed is accurate, and a brand may well check it, so type what you can show.
It does not design the one-pager. The output is the content in plain text, for you to lay out where your own fonts and colours live.
It does not price your work. The rates line prints what you type or stays blank, and no figure is suggested.
It does not store anything. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent, so copy the kit out before you close the tab.
Brands check a kit against third-party audience and engagement data. Flinque is where that data lives, and it is free to start.
A plain-text media kit in seven sections, built from the boxes you filled. It covers your bio and niche, the platforms you are on with your handles and whatever figures you entered, the engagement rate you measured and the window you measured it over, your audience breakdown, the brands you have worked with, results you can evidence, what you offer, rates and your contact. The text lands in an editable box so you can change anything before copying it. Sections you leave empty are dropped rather than printed as empty headings.
No, and it has no way to. There is no platform login, no account connection and no import. Every figure in the kit is one you typed, read off your own analytics. If you leave the engagement rate empty, the kit prints that line blank and says the figure has to come from your own insights rather than filling it with anything. The same is true of follower counts, the audience breakdown and the rates line. No number anywhere on this page or in the kit came from a data source of any kind.
Because an engagement rate without a window is not a measurement. A figure over your last twelve posts and a figure over your best twelve posts are different claims, and only one of them is checkable. Naming the window makes your figure verifiable and signals that you did not pick your best run. It is a separate field so it ends up in the document rather than being something you meant to mention.
No. It produces the content and the structure as plain text, not a styled file. That split is deliberate. The thinking in a media kit is deciding what goes in it and in what order, which is what this does. Putting your fonts and colours on it is quick and belongs in the tool where your other brand assets already are. Paste the text into a document or a layout tool and style it there.
Whenever your figures have moved enough that you would hesitate to send a screenshot backing them up. Follower counts and engagement rates drift month to month, and the usual way an honest creator ends up sending something that does not check out is an old kit rather than any intent to mislead. Regenerating from current figures takes a few minutes and catches the lines you would have forgotten to edit by hand.
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser tab. Pressing the button makes no request to any server. There is no account, no email gate and no saved copy. Reloading the page clears every box, which also means there is no recovery if you close the tab before copying the kit out, so copy it first.
