Fixing login and access problems
Common fixes when you cannot sign in to Flinque or a feature is not loading as expected.
Cannot sign in
Most sign-in problems clear with a few quick checks:
- Confirm you are using the email you signed up with.
- Reset your password from the sign-in page if you are unsure of it.
- Try a private or incognito window to rule out a cached session.
- Clear cookies for the site, then sign in again.
A feature is not loading
If part of the app will not load, refresh the page, check your connection, then try a different browser. If it still fails, note what you were doing and contact [SUPPORT CONTACT EMAIL] so the team can look into it.
