Billing issues and how to get help

What to do about a failed payment, an unexpected charge or a billing question you cannot resolve in settings.

Failed or declined payment

If a payment fails, check that your card details and billing address are current in your billing settings, then retry. Card issuers sometimes block a first charge, so a second attempt often works.

A charge you do not recognise
