This User Agreement explains the terms under which you may access and use the Flinque platform which includes the website services tools data features and functionalities offered by Flinque. By accessing or using Flinque you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and all applicable laws. If you do not agree you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of this User Agreement

Your access or use of Flinque confirms that you accept this User Agreement in full. You also agree to follow our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these documents you may not use the platform.

2. Description of the Flinque Platform

Flinque is an influencer discovery SaaS platform that collects publicly available information about influencers and social media profiles from various online sources using lawful data gathering methods. We do not modify alter or interfere with any third party content or accounts. We provide a searchable database with limited free access and full access through paid subscription plans.

Flinque does not handle influencer payments contracts negotiations or campaign execution. Flinque is not responsible for how brands or influencers interact with each other outside the platform.

3. Eligibility to Use the Platform

To use Flinque you must meet the following requirements:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are using the platform for lawful purposes only
You are based in a country where our services are legally permitted

4. User Responsibilities

When using Flinque you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful business or research purposes
Not misuse scrape hack or interfere with the platform
Not attempt to access accounts data or systems that do not belong to you
Respect all data rights and privacy laws in your region
Not use the platform for unlawful or misleading marketing
Not use the platform to harass defame or harm any individual

5. Data Sources and Public Information

Flinque collects and displays only publicly available information that individuals have shared on public platforms or websites. We do not access private data or any content protected by authentication credentials. If any influencer or brand wants their information removed from Flinque they may contact us at support@flinque.com and we will remove their data within 48 hours.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Flinque offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited access to influencer profiles and limited visibility of profile data. Paid plans unlock full database access advanced filters and expanded data. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize Flinque and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method at the stated intervals.

Subscription fees are non refundable unless specifically stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Copy sell or resell Flinque data without written permission
Use automated bots or scripts that overload our servers
Reproduce or distribute any part of the platform beyond what is permitted
Extract data for building a competing product
Use the platform in a manner that harms Flinque or its users

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All technology code design structure databases logos graphics and content on Flinque belong to Flinque. You are granted a limited non exclusive and revocable right to access the platform according to this User Agreement. You may not reverse engineer copy or attempt to recreate any part of Flinque without written approval.

9. Accuracy of Information

Flinque strives to maintain accurate updated and reliable public influencer data. However public data may change frequently and Flinque does not guarantee that all information will always be error free or fully up to date. You acknowledge that you must verify important data independently for business decisions.

10. Third Party Integrations

Flinque may integrate with third party tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads Meta platforms Microsoft Clarity e commerce systems and tracking technologies. These tools operate under their own terms and privacy practices. You agree that Flinque is not responsible for third party data handling.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flinque is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service error free data accuracy or full availability in all regions. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Refer to our Disclaimer for more information.

12. Limitation of Liability

Flinque shall not be liable for any direct indirect incidental or consequential damages that result from your use of the platform. This includes loss of revenue loss of business data inaccuracies disruptions or other damages under any legal theory.

13. User Generated Content

If users upload content to Flinque including lists imports CSV files or brand data they remain fully responsible for the legality accuracy and permissions associated with that content. You must ensure that any data you upload complies with privacy and copyright laws in your region.

14. Removal Requests and Data Rights

Any influencer brand or individual may request removal of their profile or data from Flinque at any time. Upon receiving a valid request we will remove the information within 48 hours. For removal requests contact support@flinque.com.

15. Termination of Access

Flinque may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this User Agreement abuse the platform attempt misuse or if required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.

16. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of India while maintaining compliance with requirements under the laws of the United States Canada Australia Spain and relevant jurisdictions within the European Union.

17. Changes to this User Agreement

Flinque may update this User Agreement from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the platform confirms your acceptance of updated terms.
