1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how subscription payments and refunds are handled when you use Flinque. Flinque is an influencer discovery platform that provides access to data insights creator profiles and search tools. This policy applies to all users across the United States Spain Australia Canada and all regions where our services are available. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

2. General Refund Terms

Flinque subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Due to the immediate nature of digital access we do not offer refunds for any completed subscription periods. Once payment is processed the subscription is considered active and non refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refund Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not provided exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payments made in error
Technical issues that prevent platform access for more than 48 hours after reporting the issue
Incorrect plan activation due to a system malfunction

All exception based refund decisions are made at our sole discretion after reviewing the case details and system records.

4. Free Plan and No Refunds for Free Features

The Free Plan provides limited access to influencer profiles and features at no cost. Since no payment is collected the Free Plan is not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not create eligibility for a refund of any remaining subscription period.

6. Automatic Renewals

All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription on time. Renewal charges that occur before cancellation are not refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe you qualify for a refund exception you may contact us within 48 hours of the issue at support@flinque.com. Please include:

Your full name and account email
The payment receipt or transaction ID
A detailed explanation of the issue

We respond to all refund related inquiries within 48 hours.

8. Third Party Payment Platforms

If payment was made through a third party platform such as Stripe Google or Apple their refund rules may also apply. In such cases Flinque may not have the ability to directly process refunds and you may be required to contact the third party platform.

9. No Refunds for Misunderstanding of Features

Flinque provides documentation feature descriptions and examples to help users understand the platform. Failure to review available information or misunderstanding how the service works does not qualify for a refund.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted at https://www.flinque.com/refund-policy/ and the revision date will be shown at the top of the page.
