User Agreement
This user agreement sets out the terms between you and Flinque Technologies Private Limited for using the Flinque platform and free tools. It works alongside our full Terms. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.
1. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use and Fair Use policies. Misuse can end your access.
3. Fees
Paid features are billed under the plan you select. See the Refund and Cancellation policy for renewal and refund terms.
4. Intellectual property
We keep ownership of the platform. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to process it. See the Intellectual Property policy.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as set out in our Disclaimer, and liability is limited as described in our Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
6. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access for breach. Some terms survive termination.
