Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy covers billing, cancellation and refunds for paid Flinque plans provided by Flinque Technologies Private Limited. Current pricing is on our pricing page. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.
1. Plans and pricing
Flinque offers a free plan at no cost, a Starter plan at 49 per month or 300 per year and an Enterprise plan at 150 per month or 900 per year. Taxes may apply based on your location.
2. Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your payment method on file until you cancel.
3. How to cancel
Cancel at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. We do not refund partial periods.
5. Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry and may downgrade or suspend the account until it is settled.
6. Disputes
Raise billing questions at [email protected] before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
