The Flinque platform, software, scoring models, design, brand and the Flinque name are owned by Flinque LLP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and database rights.
2. Your licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active. The licence ends when your account closes.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of data, briefs and creative you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process it so we can provide the service.
4. Feedback
If you send suggestions we may use them without obligation or payment.
5. Trademarks
Creator names, platform logos and third party marks shown in the product belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
