This policy explains the fair use limits that keep the Flinque platform fast and reliable for everyone. It applies to all plans and free tools provided by Flinque Technologies Private Limited. 1. Why limits exist
Limits protect performance and stop a small number of heavy users from degrading the service for others.
2. Reasonable use
Each plan includes generous search, export and query allowances for normal team use. Specific allowances are shown on the pricing page.
3. Excessive use
Activity that may trigger review includes:- Automated querying beyond documented rate limits
- Bulk export far above plan allowance
- Sharing one account across many users or organisations
4. Free tools
The free Instagram tools are for occasional individual use. High volume use may be throttled.
5. What we do
We usually contact you first to discuss an upgrade. We may throttle or suspend accounts that continue to exceed fair use. Questions go to [email protected].
