Data Retention Policy

This policy explains how long Flinque LLP keeps different categories of data on the Flinque platform. It works alongside our Privacy Policy. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.
1. Principle
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal duties or to resolve disputes.
2. Retention by category
- Account and profile data: kept while your account is active and for 30 days after closure
- Billing and tax records: kept as long as required to meet accounting law
- Creator and audience data: refreshed continuously and retained while it remains in scope of the service
- Support messages: kept for up to 365 days
- Security and access logs: kept for up to 365 days
3. Deletion and anonymisation
When a retention period ends we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle.
4. Your requests
You can ask us to delete your personal data sooner. See our data erasure policy. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.
