This policy explains how to ask Flinque Technologies Private Limited to remove your personal data from the Flinque platform, including creators who appear in our index. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.
1. Who can request
Account holders can request deletion of their account data. Creators can request removal of their profile from our index even without a Flinque account.
2. How to request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Removal and enough detail to locate the data, such as your account email or the creator handle and platform.
3. Verification
We verify the request to protect against fraudulent deletion. We may ask for proof that you control the account or profile.
4. What we delete
We remove personal data we are not required to keep. We may retain limited records for legal, security or billing reasons and will tell you when we do.
5. Timeframe
We respond within 48 hours of verifying the request, in line with applicable law.
6. Public sources
Removing a creator from our index does not delete data held by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X or other third parties.
