1. Minimum age
Flinque is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
2. No knowing collection
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Creator data we index is public professional data, not data submitted by a child to us.
3. Parental requests
If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
4. Compliance
We aim to align with COPPA in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere, including the GDPR age of consent.
