1. Your responsibility
You are the sender of any outreach you create. You must comply with anti-spam law such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and PECR, and with the terms of the channel you use.
2. Consent and relevance
Only contact creators where you have a lawful basis or a genuine business reason. Keep messages relevant and personal.
3. Required elements
- Accurate sender identity and subject lines
- A clear way to opt out
- Prompt handling of opt-out requests
4. Sending limits
We apply rate limits to protect deliverability and prevent abuse. Bulk unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
5. Enforcement
Accounts used for spam may be suspended or terminated. Report abuse to [email protected].
