AI and Data Usage Policy

Effective date: 7 June 2026

This page explains how Flinque Technologies Private Limited uses data and machine learning to power Flinque scores and estimates. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.

1. What our models do

We use machine learning to estimate audience authenticity, fraud likelihood and engagement quality from public and licensed signals across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and X.

2. Data we use

Models are built on public profile data, engagement patterns and licensed datasets. We do not sell your account data to train third party models.

3. Estimates not guarantees

Scores are probabilistic estimates to support your judgement. They are not a final verdict on any creator and should not be the only basis for a high stakes decision.

4. Human oversight

We monitor model outputs for accuracy and bias and refine them over time. You can flag a score you believe is wrong at [email protected].

5. Your content

We do not use the private briefs or contact lists you upload to train models that serve other customers without a lawful basis.
