This acceptable use policy sets the rules for using the Flinque platform and free tools provided by Flinque Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice. Confirm the final text with counsel before publishing.
1. Permitted use
You may use Flinque to discover creators, analyse audiences, run outreach and manage campaigns for your own brand or for clients you represent.
2. Prohibited activity
You agree not to:- Resell, redistribute or republish bulk platform data outside your account
- Scrape, crawl or bulk export beyond documented rate limits or your plan allowance
- Reverse engineer the scoring models or attempt to extract the underlying datasets
- Use the service to harass creators, send unsolicited bulk messages or breach platform terms of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or X
- Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content
3. Account security
You are responsible for activity under your credentials. Do not share logins across organisations. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Fair use of free tools
The free Instagram tools are for individual evaluation. Automated or high volume querying may be throttled or blocked. See our Fair Use Policy for thresholds.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and may remove content or restrict features without notice where there is risk of harm or legal exposure.
