GDPR Compliance

This GDPR Compliance Policy explains how Flinque complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and equivalent data protection laws in the United Kingdom and the wider European region. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Data Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Security Policy, Terms and Conditions, User Agreement, Ads Policy and other policies available on our website.

Flinque is an influencer discovery software as a service platform operated by a company registered in India.

For the purposes of the GDPR, Flinque usually acts as an independent data controller when it processes personal data of users, website visitors and influencers whose information appears within the platform. In some limited cases we may act as a processor on behalf of brand or agency customers. Those roles are explained in more detail in our Data Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
2. Scope of this GDPR Compliance Policy
This policy applies when Flinque processes personal data of:
- Visitors to the Flinque website
- Registered brand or agency users of the Flinque platform
- Influencers and creators whose publicly available profiles we index from third party platforms
- Any individual located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or any jurisdiction where GDPR style rights apply
It supplements but does not replace our Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between this policy and any local privacy notice, the policy that gives greater protection to the individual will apply.
3. Categories of personal data we process
Flinque primarily processes personal data that is publicly available or provided to us directly by users. This may include:
3.1 Data about influencers and creators
- Public social media handle, profile name and biography
- Public profile photo and other images that are visible without login
- Public engagement statistics such as followers, following, likes, comments, views and shares
- Public content metadata such as captions, hashtags, posting frequency and basic performance indicators
- Inferred attributes such as language, probable country or city, content category, engagement rate and authenticity indicators
We collect only information that is already accessible on the open internet or made public by the influencer on supported platforms, consistent with the description in our Disclaimer.
3.2 Data about brand and agency users
- Name, role and company details
- Account credentials and authentication information
- Contact details such as email address and business phone where provided
- Billing and subscription information handled through our payment partners
- Usage data about searches, filters and features used within the platform
3.3 Website and technical data
- IP address, device identifiers and browser type
- Cookie identifiers and tracking data as described in our Cookie Policy
- Analytics and event data from tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and similar services

Flinque collects influencer information using automated tools that read publicly available data. No private or password protected information is accessed.
