My Mother was truly my BEST friend.
I have been a bit out of sorts since last Thursday and I finally have some strength to share her passing with you all.
Many of you have watched our lives together for many years. You’ve encouraged me and you’ve been blessed by our loving relationship.
We will celebrate her life with family and friends next Saturday and appreciate your kindness with me and my family as we grieve.
I know God doesn’t make mistakes, but I do wonder why. My mother loved me in ways I didn’t understand as a child and adolescent. I am grateful while being her caregiver I learned what REAL LOVE IS and to be able to give it.
In the really tough times I thought I lost so much of myself socially, mentally, emotionally and financially caring for my mom, but God knows I’d do it all again to have those 7 years back with her that I cared for her.
August / 8 represents new beginnings and I don’t know what’s in store, but God has sent me some winks to let me know He has BIG plans for me.
I love you all and urge you to SACRIFICE for the good!
