Ingredients:
- 50g oats
- 1 scoop of gut health
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 30g raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 grated apple (I used the rest to garnish)
- Soya milk
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- Honey
Method:
1. Add the oats, gut health scoop, chia seeds, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, grated apple and soya milk to a saucepan.
2. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook on a low–medium heat for 5–8 minutes until thick and creamy.
3. Spoon into a bowl, then top with the remaining apple, chopped hazelnuts and plenty of honey.
