Ich habe am Wochenende wieder gemerkt, wie schön diese Art von Urlaub einfach ist. Ich liebe es, zu campen und in meinen Augen gibt es auch für Kids nichts besseres!
Jedes Mal wenn ich einen Campingplatz betrete, kommen diese Erinnerungen. Erinnerungen an meine Kindheit, die ich NIEMALS vergessen werde! Jedes Wochenende, jede Ferien haben wir damals mit Oma und Opa auf dem Campingplatz verbracht. Wir haben viel gelernt, waren überwiegend in der Natur unterwegs und durften einfach nur Kind sein…. Den ganzen Tag draußen, mit anderen Kindern spielen und Dinge machen, die du als Stadtkind vielleicht gar nicht machen kannst, weil dir die Gegebenheiten dafür fehlen.
Über Jahre durften wir das alles in vollen Zügen genießen, bis mein Opa dann leider starb 🕊️❤️ Ein Mann, der wie ein Papa für mich war und mit dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich heute so bin, wie ich bin.
Ich freue mich tierisch darüber, diese Erfahrungen und viel mehr diese Zeit auch bald mit unseren Kindern teilen zu dürfen.

Zutaten:
12 Cannelloni
Weißer Spargel
Grüner Spargel
Weiße Bolognese
2 Möhren
Stauden Sellerie ca. 3 Stengel
2 Knoblauch
1 rote Zwiebel
400g Rinderhack
200ml Gemüsebrühe
200ml Sahne
1 EL Creme fraiche
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
250g Mozzarella gerieben
1 Lorbeerblatt
1 Stengel Rosmarin
3 Stengel Thymian
Zubereitung
Stecke jeweils einen grünen und einen weißen Spargel in eine Cannelloni und stülpe eine Weitere drüber, sodass der Spargel bedeckt ist. Das machst du solange, bis der Boden der Auflaufform in der Breite bedeckt ist.
Anschließend geht es an die weiße Bolognese
Schneide hierzu Sellerie, Möhre, Knoblauch und Zwiebel in Würfel und schwitze diese anschließend in der Pfanne mit ordentlich Butter an. Gebe das Hackfleisch hinzu und würze alles, sobald das Hackfleisch leicht angebraten ist, mit ordentlich Salz und Pfeffer.
Dann löscht du das ganze mit ca. 100 ml Weißwein ab und lässt es köcheln bis der Weißwein bindet.
Gebe dann 200ml Gemüsebrühe hinzu, 200ml Sahne und einen guten EL Creme fraiche.
Alles gut verrühren und zu guter letzt die Kräuter hinzugeben und für 25-30min. köcheln lassen; zwischendurch immer mal wieder rühren, dass nichts anpappt!
Anschliessend nimmst du die Krauter wieder aus der Bolo raus und bindest, falls zu flüssig, die Sauce!
Die heiße Bolo verteilst du dann gleichmäßig über die gefüllten Cannelloni, verteilst den Mozzarella und schmeißt den Bums bei 180 grad Umluft gut 30 min. in den Ofen…
