The three habits I’ve chosen to focus on are:
*Daily exercise (which includes walking)
*Drinking AT LEAST 2 litres of water, and, most importantly,

My body officially aches as it’s my first week back into proper weight training, after a much needed break😂😮💨 Things may shift around to accommodate work and any other changes, but this is what my routine is looking like for now🙏🏾

March 2025 VS Sept 2025..
The girl on the right is a reminder to the girl on the left, who had become filled with self-doubt, and was physically and spiritually drifting, that her identity is in Christ, her firm foundation, meaning she can do ALL THINGS, no matter how difficult they seem!
The girl typing this is currently 3 months into her off-season and is finally bouncing back from experiencing her first ever (and hopefully last😅) ‘rebound’ post her first ever competition, a very real thing that seems to rarely be spoken about or shared in the world of bodybuilding. So in the spirit of trying to be a bit more vulnerable, and stepping further outside the comfort zone in the new year, this is my official accountability post.
