Finally tried the viral 2 ingredient cheesecake but with Parle G and lotus both. The Parle G version was just alright but the lotus tasted good (because I also put lotus spread on top) I think that made it way sweeter and better.
I’d recommend using sweetener or some type of topping syrup because it’s quite sour (unless that’s what you prefer)
How to make: put biscuits in the Greek yogurt and refrigerate overnight, that’s it 😝
