救急集中治療科の専攻医として働きながら、土日当直に入りつつ、空いた時間で世界を回り写真を撮っていました。
まだ何者でもなく、すべてが中途半端ですが、この1年で12回、10カ国を訪れることができました。

正直、去年世界一周から戻ってきた時にどこまで実現できるか、自分でも半信半疑でしたが、まずは一歩前進です。
世界には、ただ見ているだけで幸せになる景色がたくさんあります。
そんな瞬間を、写真として残していきたいと思っています。
次のフェーズに向けて今はまだ基盤を作っている段階ですが、
いつか南極観測隊の医師として、あの大陸に立つことが一つの目標です。

ヌークの流氷、イルリサットの氷山、ロフォーテンで見上げたオーロラの爆発、ワイトモ洞窟に瞬く土ボタルの天の川。ウユニ塩湖の鏡面に映る無音の宇宙、サハラ砂漠の静謐なうねり、ペリト・モレノ氷河の崩落音、フィッツロイの頂に射した黎明の光――
こんなにも美しい景色に巡り会えたこと、それをこの目で、カメラで捉えることができたことが、何よりの幸せでした。
どうすれば美しさを”盛れるか”ではなく、どうすればこの奇跡のような光景を”削がずに残せるか”。
ただその一心でシャッターを切れたことは本当にありがたいこと。
これからも、魂が震えるような被写体に出会って、心の底から感動して、それを写真に刻んでいけたらと思います。

To have witnessed such breathtaking beauty with my own eyes, felt it in my soul, and captured it through my lens—there is no greater blessing.
It was never about how to enhance the scene, but rather how to preserve its raw beauty without diminishing it.
To be able to press the shutter with that mindset—that alone is something I’m deeply grateful for.
And from here on, I hope to continue encountering sights that shake me to the core, to be genuinely moved, and to quietly etch those moments into my photographs.

自分の備忘録も兼ねて、振り返りをできればと思います。
半年前から仕事を辞めて世界を旅し、海外の自然風景を撮影する日々を過ごしてきました。そんな中、今回 「海外の自然風景を撮影すること」 をテーマにお話しする機会をいただきました。
半田さん 、ひろきんさん 、海斗くん とともに登壇したのですが、そもそもお話しをいただいた時はこんなすごい方々と😳と
何を話そうかと考える中で、一つ一つの風景の素晴らしさはもちろんなのですが、支えてくれる家族や前の職場の懐の深さを実感し、旅の中で出会った方々との思い出を写真とともに振り返る時間もとても懐かしく、愛おしく感じました。
意気揚々と本番に臨んだのですが…
本番はとても緊張しました！！😂
思うように伝えきれなかった部分もありますが、それでも今回の登壇を通して自分の撮影や愛する被写体に改めて向き合うことができて、それを言葉にして伝えるという貴重な経験をさせていただけたなと。
また、今回は話す側だけでなく、聞く側としてもさまざまなセッションを拝見したのですが、どのお話も興味深く、その一枚に込められた想いや苦労を知って写真がより輝いて見えました。 写真に言葉を添えるのって大事なんだなぁと実感。
最後のNikonのフィナーレでは、一人一人を大切にするあの空気感が本当に素敵で、胸が熱くなりました。また来年もこの景色を見たい。

A week has passed since I finished my talk at a photography event in Japan.
This is my reflection.
Six months ago, I left my job and embarked on a journey around the world, capturing the beauty of natural landscapes. This time, I had the opportunity to speak about “photographing natural landscapes abroad.”
As I thought about what to share, I reflected not only on the incredible scenery but also on the immense support from my family and former colleagues. Looking back at the memories of the people I met during my travels, while going through my photos, felt both nostalgic and deeply precious.
On the day of the talk, I was extremely nervous and couldn’t convey everything as perfectly as I had hoped. However, this experience allowed me to reexamine my own photography and my love for capturing these landscapes. More than anything, it was a valuable opportunity to put my thoughts into words and share them with others.

今回の旅で1番感動したオーロラの爆発です。こちらは15mmレンズで撮影していて、頭上をオーロラが貫き、緑〜紫に色を変えながら揺らめいていました。この撮影談もトークステージでお話しします。

世界最大の熱帯砂漠。やはり圧巻でした😵
どこまでも続く砂丘の連なりと時間ごとに変化する砂紋に圧倒されて、朝から晩まで写真を撮っていました。

🇳🇴Svalbard island
先週まで世界最北の有人島であるスバールバル諸島のロングイェールビーンという街に滞在しておりました。
10月から2月までは太陽が昇らない極夜で、自分が行った時は昼にようやく薄暗くなるくらい。すごく不思議な気分でした。
でもずっと暗いからこそ街の灯りがあたたかく感じられて、なにかノスタルジーを感じていました。
写真はツアー に参加した際に撮影したice cave
実際はもっとクリスタルで、あたり一面がもっとキラキラしているのです。
また冬から春に移行する時期に再訪してみたい土地です。
