光の芸術家・ゆるかわふうと
舞踊家・三彩が織りなす、至高の芸術体験再び
舞台は、藍商の栄華を今に伝える市指定文化財 「吉田家住宅」。
断熱材を彫り、背後からLEDを透過させる独自の技法「光彫り」で、徳島のアイデンティティである「藍」と「海」を鮮やかに描き出します。
今回は、本展のために描き下ろされた新作を含む 10～13点を展示。
歴史ある空間に、幻想的な光の深淵が浮かび上がります。
さらに、舞踊家 三彩による徳島の歴史と「源平」をテーマにした舞踊公演を同時開催。

シロウサギと桜を描いたA3サイズのオーダー作品です。目が立体的に飛び出してしているので、自分が見る角度でウサギの視線が変わります。後ろから白色LEDを透過させたスタイロフォームを削って描いてます。

2024年秋に洋画界の巨匠、黒田清輝の作品「木かげ」を所蔵する広島のウッドワン美術館で展覧会を開催した時に描いた作品です。藝大の大先生、黒田清輝の作品と並べて展示させてもらうという貴重な機会を頂けて大変光栄でした。
背後からLED照明を透過させた緑色の断熱材（ミラフォーム）を彫って、厚みの変化で描いています。
4月5日まで栃木県益子町の「アトリエ桜野」で展示しています。
