魚屋と民宿として使われていた建物
長らく空き家として放置されていたこの建物を
飲食店、喫茶店、シェアキッチン、シェア店舗、レンタルスペースの複合施設へとリノベーション。
三浦海岸エリアリノベーションのハブ拠点として再生しました。
2軒隣の元民宿 ペンギン荘をシェアハウスへとリノベーションして
から4年、そこにもったいない食堂が出来てから2年。
そのもったいない食堂も魚常荘へ大規模移転。
ここからがエリアリノベーションの第二幕スタートです。
より多くの人が集まる場所へ進化させていきますのでお楽しみに。
