Caroline is the co-founder of YogaVenue and the Spiralling Crow Teacher Training School. Her vision, passion for movement, and commitment to creating a space for wellbeing led to the birth of YogaVenue back in 2011 — and it’s grown into Oxford’s go-to destination for yoga, pilates, and so much more.
With nearly two decades of teaching experience, training in LA, NYC and beyond, Caroline brings soul, strength, and serious knowledge to every class. She’s especially passionate about using movement to support injury recovery, women’s health, and life transitions like perimenopause and menopause.
