Let go of what no longer serves you, trust the unseen, and believe that what’s meant for you is already on its way. When you release fear and attachment, you create space for growth, alignment, and miracles.

Trust the timing of your life, stay true to your vision, and consciously manifest what you desire, because what you focus on, believe in, and energetically claim will always find its way back to you, often in ways better than you imagined❤️‍🔥

January recap ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
This was such an amazing month filled with yoga, running, baking, friends I love, sunshine ❤️
grateful 🤍!!!!
The Mysore room is a living, breathing space where each practitioner follows their own rhythm, guided by the steady pulse of breath rather than external instruction.

Students move independently through the sequence, pausing where their bodies ask for attention and progressing when they are ready. Teachers observe quietly, offering individual guidance, adjustments, or new postures at the precise moment they are needed, honoring the uniqueness of each practice. As movement and breath weave together, the mind naturally settles.

Over time, the repetition, focus, and internal awareness transform the practice into a meditation in motion, intimate, disciplined, and deeply personal.

Practice with me:

March 15-20th — Mysore week at

September 19-26th —Ashtanga retreat at
Glimpses of Third and Fourth Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
Deeply grateful for the two weeks I got to spend in Miami at practicing with and. These days offered far more than just physical practice, they were filled with learning, refinement, and reminders of why we keep returning to the mat as students.

I absorbed so much from their guidance, their generosity, and the subtle details they shared, all of which will continue to shape both my practice and my teaching.

Experiences like this reaffirm how essential it is to practice regularly with teachers you trust, respect, and feel deeply connected to.

Growth happens when we allow ourselves to be guided, supported, and challenged, again and again.
The importance of having a teacher, in the room, in real life.

Ashtanga Yoga was never meant to be learned only through a screen.
It is a living tradition, passed from body to body, breath to breath, presence to presence.

Practicing in person with a teacher you truly connect with, even through travel, refines your practice, keeps you accountable, and most importantly, keeps the flame alive.

A teacher sees what you can’t yet see.
They guide, protect, challenge, and remind you why you practice when motivation fades.
Sharing the same space, the same breath, the same rhythm changes everything.

You don’t need to be with your teacher forever,
but returning to them, intentionally, recalibrates your practice and your devotion.

If you have the opportunity to practice in person with a teacher who inspires you,
take it. Travel if you can. Return when life allows.
Those seasons will feed your practice for years.

That’s why I’m very excited to spend this Mysore season in Miami practicing with Kino and Tim 🤍✨
The Bridal Edit, 2025🤍
Grateful for 2025!! 🤍 happy new year to all of you!

This year’s highlights:

February- I went back to mysore to practice at SYC

May - we got married by the church
June - we went to Miami to practice with Kino & Tim
July - we finally became USA permanent residents!
August - went to Mexico and taught my yoga retreat in Turkey
September- Shakira’s concert with my mom
October - my bday and when I ran a half marathon
November - my bff’s wedding & our late honeymoon
December - more honeymoon and Mexico with my family🤍
For almost ten years of my life, yoga was everything to me. It was my spiritual practice, my movement, and the main way I connected to my body. It shaped how I lived, how I breathed, and how I understood discipline, presence, and devotion.

Over the past year, my relationship with movement has expanded. I’ve been integrating running, strength training, and other forms of physical activity into my routine. This shift hasn’t taken anything away from yoga, if anything, it has deepened my appreciation for it. Yoga is still my daily practice, and it will always be a part of my life. It’s where I return to myself.

At the same time, I’ve come to understand how important it is to support the body in different ways. Cardiovascular activity plays a vital role in heart health, endurance, and overall vitality. Strength training is essential for maintaining muscle mass, supporting joint stability, and staying strong as we age. These elements bring a kind of resilience that complements the subtle strength yoga builds.

Some days, I notice I don’t have the same energy for my asana practice as I once did. And that’s okay. I feel genuinely happy finding balance, allowing myself to shift focus depending on what my body and mind need. There are times when I pour more energy and attention into my yoga practice, and other phases when running or lifting weights takes the lead.

This balance feels honest. It feels sustainable. Movement no longer has to look just one way. It can evolve, adapt, and support different aspects of health; physical, mental, and emotional, while still honoring the practice that taught me how to listen in the first place🤍

What an amazing weekend practicing with my teacher, Sharathji! It’s always so special to practice under his guidance, surrounded by such dedicated practitioners—the energy is truly powerful.

I’ve been traveling to his tours and to Mysore, India, since 2016, but this time was even more special because I got to share it with my husband on his first time practicing with him, and it was incredible. 🤍

I was also so happy to see many of my students from NYC! 🥹 I definitely miss the city and teaching there!

Thank you so much for the videos 💙
