2025 has been healing, expanding, challenging, and mostly beautiful. It’s the year I understood the importance of family and friendships more than ever before. The year I dove deeper into my self-exploration and my work. The year I joined new communities and made peace with connections that are no longer present. The year, my heart softened again.

I had the opportunity to learn and practice and offer what helped me most to others. Practices that I love, that had profound impact on me. We had three yoga retreats, completed our third Yoga Teacher Training and started our fourth. I held my first Crystal Bowl Sound Training, taught beautiful events and festivals, and had the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

I am full of gratitude and appreciation. Knowing well that not all of us have the privilege to live life so freely.

I am full of anticipation for 2026, I have a really good feeling. And I can’t wait to practice with you and explore life together. Thank you for practicing with me & happy new year to you 💘
If you let this year soften and settle…
what could you lovingly let go of?

If you trusted what’s coming…
what would you allow yourself to invite in?

Even though we’re in the middle of winter - a season of rest and stillness - I like to take this transitory moment as an invitation to pause, reflect, and gently sit with these questions.

I’m asking myself these questions and letting the answers come softly, without force.

I’m excited for a year of beautiful expansion ahead. And you?

Ps. these days you’ll find me reflecting mostly on this ultra-soft, warm lambswool mat by my favorite new spot (anzeige/nennung)

A little something that’s been quietly taking shape…

I could call it a New Year’s challenge - play the algorithm, lean into the intense self-care hype that arrives every January and often fades just as quickly. That familiar feeling of needing to do more, be better, try harder, start perfectly. But that’s not really what this is about.

So instead, I’m calling it a reset.

A 7-day holistic yoga journey with a mix of energizing, grounding, nourishing and calming practices - designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your practice in a way that feels supportive and wholesome.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the idea of beginning a new cycle with intention. Moments like the turn of the year can be powerful, especially in the darker weeks of winter. They can inspire new habits, new perspectives, and a sense of movement forward.

But they can also create pressure.
The feeling that you have to start on January 1st.
That you have to keep up.
That you have to transform quickly.

Interestingly, January wasn’t even the original start of the year. In many ancient calendars, the new cycle began in spring, around March, when nature actually wakes up again, when energy rises naturally, when growth is supported rather than forced.

This reset honors that idea too. It gives you gentle guidance in these still darker times of the year.

The program will be free and accessible to everyone, with no registration needed. We’ll move through it together, knowing there are others practicing alongside us, sharing reflections and connecting in the comments. And it will stay online, so you can move at your own rhythm. Every day, every other day, once a week… or return to it whenever you feel scattered, disconnected, or in need of grounding.

All levels are welcome.

Details and the schedule coming soon. I just wanted to gently put it out there, so we have something meaningful to look forward to 🤍

Every year we come to this wonderful place just an hour away from the city. We arrive and smell the fresh air, readjust our eyes to the spaciousness, meet lovely people, eat the best food, relax in the sauna and dive deep into practice - time for meditation and breathing, time for long, creative and deep flows, time for soothing yin, yoga nidra and healing sounds.

It’s more than just a long weekend. It’s a total reset of our body, our nervous system, our heart.

Each year lovely people return, because that’s how they felt last time. Each year new faces join and it is a joy to see them make the same experiences.

I love this work so much. I really feel spending these days together brings about deep shifts, in our body, our breath and our awareness. And often, we take home what we felt, practice and learned, so the effects linger long into the weeks and months that follow.

Come join us for the next spring retreat ‚Inner Bloom‘ at the beautifully restored historic Breitenteicher Mühle. We are already more than halfway booked.

Check the bio or send me a dm if you feel drawn 💌

Hola friends, I am back home, truly rested and excited to dive into work. Next week our fourth 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is starting, so exciting!

I am editing and uploading a few videos that I filmed for you during my holiday - simply had to share the beauty of the place.

I am planning to revamp my newsletter.

I am thinking to create little a new years challenge on YouTube.

What do you think? What would you like to see on here and in my videos and in my newsletter. What do you want to practice, learn and exchange about?

After all my intention is to create value, so you are invaluable to my process of creating. I would love to hear form you in the comments or via message 💌
Lately I’ve been thinking about rest.
Observing myself - am I truly resting? Am I practicing what I teach?
How does my nervous system feel?
Am I creating and sharing from a place of inspiration, or from obligation and pressure to perform?

Being self-employed, I don’t often take real holidays. It might look like I do, because my work often takes me to beautiful places - but it’s still work, still holding space (even though I love it).

This time, I allowed myself to truly take time off. I came here, to one of my happiest places in the world and my warmest childhood memories. To rest, recharge, and nourish myself.

After a few days, I feel a shift. I look at my phone less, sleep more deeply, and don’t feel the need to work. I am fully absorbed by the moment, by this place, by simply being.

If you’re craving nature, time for yourself, nurturing practices, and connection that feels both relaxed and deeply meaningful, my retreats next year are all about this - rest, refresh, and reconnect from the inside out 🤍

Back home & on the mat in a week xx
