- Saft einer halben Limette (optional)
🫛Zubereitung:
1. **Edamame kochen**:
- Bringe einen großen Topf mit Wasser zum Kochen und füge eine Prise Salz hinzu.
- Gib die Edamame-Schoten in das kochende Wasser und koche sie für etwa 3–5 Minuten, bis sie weich sind, aber noch bissfest.
- Gieße die Edamame ab und lasse sie gut abtropfen.
2. **Würzen**:
- In einer Pfanne erhitze das Sesamöl (wenn verwendet) bei mittlerer Hitze.
- Füge den fein gehackten Knoblauch hinzu und brate ihn kurz an, bis er duftet (optional).
- Gib die abgetropften Edamame-Schoten in die Pfanne und rühre sie gut um, damit sie das Öl aufnehmen.
- Streue die Chiliflocken und das grobe Meersalz über die Edamame und mische alles gut durch, damit die Schoten gleichmäßig bedeckt sind.
- Wenn du möchtest, füge den Saft der Limette hinzu und rühre noch einmal um.
3. **Servieren**:
- Serviere die Edamame sofort, solange sie noch warm sind.
- Zum Essen drückst du die Bohnen aus den Schoten direkt in den Mund und lässt die Schoten auf dem Teller zurück.
🫛Tipp:
- Du kannst die Menge der Chiliflocken nach deinem Geschmack anpassen. Wer es schärfer mag, kann auch frische Chilis hinzufügen.
- Sesamöl verleiht einen nussigen Geschmack, aber du kannst es auch weglassen, wenn du es nicht magst.
