I have learnt so much about life in this time and my whole perspective on things has changed. I appreciate my family and close friends even more too.
Maya is such a happy, kind, cheeky, clever and loving girl already and I am so incredibly proud and in love.
My love for her grows and grows (if that was even possible) and I can’t wait to cherish every day onwards.

I feel super lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful energy and although I may be teaching them things constantly, they teach me so much too.
Being a personal trainer for me isn’t just delivering people their sessions and getting them to reach their ‘physical goal’..it is BEYOND that.
Whilst these goals are focussed on, the girls soon realise that it’s how we approach our life as a whole - our mentality towards ourselves, the downtime we make for us, the nutritious food we fuel our bodies with (as well as always making room for foods that are just good for the soul 🍫), the people we choose to be surrounded by…the list goes on!
I will never try and get you to your ‘dream body’ in a short space of time because I want people to discover the beauty of being able to adapt their lifestyle to one that works alongside all aspects of their life..aka it lasts!
So this isn’t a countdown to ‘new year new me’ but more of a ‘it’s never too late to start’ and ‘long may it continue!’ 💪🏽💕
