毎日ストレッチと地味なトレーニング
ちょっとやり過ぎですとリハビリの先生からお叱りを受けながら27日が過ぎました
素振りはしてましたがしっかり球を打つことは控えてましたが
27日たったので25球だけ解禁
当たらないですが振っても痛くないのは幸せです😊
痛かったときの癖でまだ踏ん張れないし抜いちゃうけど痛くないのは本当に幸せ😊
リハビリも筋トレもしっかりこなして
ヘッドスピード60mまで戻してから
試合復帰したいと思います🙇♂️
色々な方々に助けられて本当に感謝しています🙇♂️
試合に復帰するのはまだまだ先だと思いますが絶対に勝てると自分が思えてから試合に行きたいと思います
今のスピードでも勝てそうだけど勝てなかったときに弱い自分に凹むから自信を持って行けるようになったら試合に行きたいと思います笑

今日は3／12日手術から9日後
痛みはまだあるけど腫れは減り
動きもスムーズになりました
左股関節の動きは右足よりもスムーズに動きます
かばって歩いていたときに固まってしまった筋肉がまだ動かず深く色々とできませんがもうこんなに動けることにビックリ
関節の痛みも無くなり夜寝れるようになりました🙇♂️
手術して良かった😊
あとはどれくらい動けるようになるかですが色々な方からDMやコメント頂き
悩んでる人の多さやもう手術を終えた方との話で色々と勉強にもなりました
個人差があると思いますが僕は筋トレをしていたしストレッチもしていたりで
筋肉的に普通の方より回復が早いのだと思います
でもまだ捻る動きは怖くてできません
そこはゆっくりと筋肉に刺激を入れて動きが柔らかくなったら少しずつ捻ってみようと思っています
