Es geht nicht mehr um trinken bis zum Umfallen, erst um 6 Uhr im Bett zu liegen und mittags verkatert aufzuwachen.
Mein Mindset hat sich über die Jahre komplett verändert und ich bin so froh drum. Es war wohl das friedlichste Silvester, was ich bisher in meinem Leben hatte. 💫

Als Kind habe ich beim Blutabnehmen schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und dieses Gefühl hat sich irgendwie festgesetzt. Auch Jahre später war die Angst noch da, obwohl ich wusste, dass es nichts schlimmes ist.
Irgendwann habe ich gemerkt, dass ich mich dieser Angst stellen muss. Ansonsten wird immer dieses unangenehme Gefühl da sein, wenn ich nur ans Blutabnehmen denke.
Und ja was soll ich sagen. Der Arzt hat mich im Nachhinein gefragt, wie schlimm es auf einer Skala von 1-10 war und ich musste 0 antworten. Es tat nicht weh und war überhaupt nicht schlimm. Am nächsten Tag habe ich mich an einem Blatt Papier geschnitten, was viel „schlimmer“ war.
Im Nachhinein bin ich unglaublich stolz auf mich, nicht nur weil ich mich endlich meiner Angst gestellt habe, sondern weil ich auch etwas Gutes getan habe
Für mich war es ein wichtiger Schritt und vielleicht helfen dir meine Erfahrungen, wenn du dich noch nicht traust. Etwas, das für uns als gesunden Menschen „nur“ Überwindung ist, kann für jemand anderen lebenswichtig sein. ❤️
