お肉は柔らかく煮込まれつつも、あえて強すぎる味付けをしていなく、くどくならず、さっぱりと食べられる感じです🥰
麺は少し太めで、程よいしっかりとしたコシがあるので、お肉や優しい出汁に負けず食べ応えもばっちりです✨
