En hacen estas ricas tostadas al comal. Las hay de masa de maiz blanco y morado (o combinadas) y las de masa con chapulines o con hierba de conejo. fue creado en 2008 por el arquitecto mexicano en un terreno irregular dominado por cañadas y cuevas.
Con una extensión de 5 mil metros cuadrados es una verdadera inmersión en un paraíso natural y un jardín secreto surrealista, guiado por una serpiente arquitectónica que se entremezcla con la naturaleza del lugar, a través de fuentes, espejos de agua, abundante follaje y vitrales que evocan los colores del quetzal.
