また、エッセンシャルデンタルクリニック現院長の田村えり先生は、今後「審美エグゼクティブディレクター」として、患者様のお口の健康だけでなく、お顔全体から見る審美歯科や、お顔全体の美しさ・ライフスタイルまで含めた総合的なサポートに携わってまいります。

久しぶりすぎて初めまして、と挨拶しました
卵巣癌の症例が少ない病院に私は入院していて
腹膜播種もある場合は転院した方がいいと
転院したら治療がまた伸びてしまう
悩んだけど友人達信じて転院した
前は、最初に開腹手術して取りきれるので残りは抗がん剤で飛ばしましょう と言われていた
転院先は、まず腹腔鏡手術でお腹の中を確認し組織を取ってきて生検し、癌の種類が確定してから
抗がん剤からなのか開腹なのか決めます。と
腹腔鏡の結果は、播種があるからすぐ開腹して取り切るのは難しいと
転院して寿命がのびた、、と思った
感謝しかない
他にも喧嘩別れしてた親友くらい仲良しだった友人が
連絡くれたり
懐かしい人達が何か力になれないかと連絡くれたり
10年会ってなかった妹とも再会した
癌はドラマティクな病気

人生で出会ってきた人達がまた思い出させてくれて
もちろん癌になって離れて行く人も居て
本当に大切にするべき人

癌細胞がポコっと産まれたとき
私はどんな時間を過ごしていたんだろう
楽しい時なのか
悲しい気持ちの時なのか
仕事していた時なのか寝ていたのか
いつだったんだろうと思う
なんとなくこのままだと身体を壊すとは思っていた
それが現実になって頭の中真っ暗になった
自分の経営するクリニックを軌道に乗せるために無理をしていた
去年、体調の悪さを感じながらも病院に行かず働いていたら生理が止まった
今まで不順になったことはほぼなく
ついに更年期か、くらいの軽い気持ちだった
職場近くの産婦人科を受診して
念のためがん検診もと組織診をしたら再検査になって
大きな病院へ紹介状が出た
紹介状の病院で細胞診とエコーをして
更年期ですね、と言われてホルモン剤を2ヶ月飲んだ
出血が1ヶ月半続きお腹が張ってる事を訴えると炎症が起きてるだけですよと
ただの炎症で腹水も溜まってますねと
この時点で画像診断、CTやMRIを撮っていたら変わってたと今は思うけど
画像診断はしてくれなくて
血液検査もしたのに何も気づいてもらえなかった
そのまま年末になり
体調は悪化
年が明けたらお腹はパンパンに張り
痛みが出て来た
やっぱり何かおかしい
消化器かもと、近所の消化器内科を受診
わからないと言われた
翌週違う消化器内科を受診したら
今すぐにここに救急で行ってくださいと
違う大きな病院に行った
やっと画像診断してもらえて
結果は
悪性の卵巣癌と腹膜播種
腹水と胸水もありステージ４
腹水が5リットルくらいお腹に溜まり
神経を圧迫している為の激痛と診断された
卵巣癌はエコーでも見つかりずらく
がん検診でもステージ1.2が見つかる可能性50%、ステージ3.4も50%らしい
そして厄介なのか腹膜播種により
癌細胞が飛び散っていて
胸水で肺が圧迫されて息苦しく
腹水で神経が圧迫されて苦しい
自分のクリニック、どうしようその事で頭が一杯
全てが終わった、とただずっと泣いていた
現実とも思えなく全く別世界に飛んだ感覚だった
