Ahora imagina eso empezando a surfear en tus 30s… y justo en uno de esos momentos donde sientes que tu surfing está estancado.
Por eso llevaba tiempo sin hacerme tablas nuevas. Pero me voy de viaje, las otras ya habían cumplido su ciclo y tocaba arriesgar.
Y bueno… me ENCANTA mi nueva tabla 🫶🏼
Si el primer día ya la estoy disfrutando cuando todavía estoy aprendiendo cómo responde, sé que elegí bien. Me queda muchísimo por aprender, pero tener una tabla que realmente acompaña tu surfing cambia muchísimo la sensación en el agua.
Además esta la pensé específicamente para olas pequeñas y días sin mucho swell, como hoy. Y qué alegría cuando notas que acertaste con la elección.
No es colaboración ni promo, yo compré mi tabla como cualquiera. Pero si vienes a El Salvador, puedes hacerte tus tablas con y tenerlas listas al llegar.
La mía es la Disk 2, pensada para olas pequeñas y condiciones más suaves.
Y si odias viajar cargando tablas, honestamente esto tiene muchísimo sentido: llegar y recogerla el primer día 🌊🌊
Parque Recreativo Apulo es uno de esos lugares de El Salvador donde la naturaleza y la historia se mezclan constantemente. Ubicado a orillas del Lago de Ilopango, este paisaje nació tras una enorme actividad volcánica que formó la caldera que hoy vemos convertida en lago.
El nombre “Apulo” proviene del náhuatl y significa “lugar que se hunde en el agua”, una referencia perfecta para un lugar marcado por el agua y el origen volcánico de la zona.
Hoy, Apulo es un espacio para disfrutar del lago, la gastronomía típica, las vistas y la tranquilidad, rodeado de un entorno natural único en El Salvador. 🌴☀️
Cada parque tiene una historia distinta… y esta apenas es una de ellas.

👙 YES, they are different. If you are going to surf or be active in the water you need swimwear that feels like second skin.
🌊 As a designer of and surfer living in tropical countries, I am going to give some tips and I hope they help you to choose your bikini (even if it is not my brand, check it out 😉):
🔸 The bottom must have a strap around the hip that can be tied to one side (or both).
🔸 Criss cross in the back for the top and the straps must be wide so that it does not cut the skin.
🔸 The best lycra so that they last longer and do not break easily.
🔸 Reversible, on our trips you will bring fewer bikinis and have more space in the suitcase.

🇩🇴 Surfeando una ola que funciona casi todo el año, con agua calentita de una isla caribeña, colores paradisíacos y mucho sabor y ritmo en este pequeño pueblo de surf y kite en el norte de República Dominicana:
📍 Playa Encuentro, a 10 minutos caminando a una de las mejores playas de surf del país

En el barrio: Al lado hay una tiendita que tiene de todo lo que necesitas para cocinar. Y caminando llegas a una plaza con panadería y negocios de comida (bowls, sandwiches, desayunos…) y ropa. Cruzando la carretera está el Food Truck Park con varios negocios diferentes de comida: pizza italiana, comida libanesa, sushi,etc. Y en la playa hay también lugares de comida, duchas y baños.
