🥒5 days in Rhodes eating the best food from Greek salad, to souvlaki and gluten free calamari fritti.
🫂 Seeing my adored cousin that I hadn’t seen for so long. Loved our chats, meeting loads of her lovely friends and the best part was her hospitality. She didn’t even let me wash a plate. A few days without chores were gold!

Why? Jimena Rosario 📿 - I am Jimena, and Rosario is my great grandma’s name, she raised 7 children on her own. I want to carry her matriarchal power and feminine love, her wisdom, her beauty! The name Jimena Rosario came to me during in the Rose temple during an extremely powerful session by 🌹
So who I’m I?
🌎 I am South American from Colombia 🇨🇴 and also British 🇬🇧 living in london for 14 years. Merging cultures and bringing traditional wisdom is my intention for the next cycle.
🧑🧒🧒🧑🧒🧒Family: I have a blended family with my boyfriend. He is amazing he supports me, our kids and all our dreams. I have birthed two kids O is 12 and L is 4. And I have two lovely stepsons H is also 12 and F is 17. It’s always busy and never ever boring in our home.

🍝 Food: We eat mostly at home and I try to buy Organic as much as possible, our water is filtered. I love Italian but now mainly gluten free now so it’s tricky. I also love dark chocolate, Asian 🇹🇭🇻🇳🇮🇳, Peruvian, Mexican and off course Colombian food 🫓 + Anything my boyfriend cooks. I can’t handle a lot of 🌶️
👶🏻Parenting: everyone asks me about this, my kids are awesome. My parenting style is not perfect by all means and my partner and I also balance each other. I have boundaries for everything, I like everything natural (my kids have never had antibiotics) and I try to feed them really well. Like in my work I like to merge traditions with science, but most importantly to be there for them no matter what, to hug and love them as much as I can.
✈️ My favourite thing in the work is to travel I love the beach and the mountains.

11) Dr Sarah Jane a wise and down to earth woman that I’m very lucky to learn from 🙏🏼 she not only created a modality that utterly blows your mind, she also recruited the most incredible team of humans to support us.

15 16 & 17) My daughter’s birthday present was just beyond speacial: included a foot massage, hair & makeup, doing her laundry and the most beutiful card!
18) Forest walks with Sid our part time dog, he lives usually with my stepsons and their mum but we have the pleasure to have him every other week and when she is away for work.
20) The magic of sisterhood, an afternoon we’ll spend eating delicious food, celebrating my birthday and creating a mood board for the new beginnings ahead after Mercury Retrograde.
Maria Flor is one lucky girl having such an amazing mum … (and dad of course but he knows what I mean).

“Jimena is a remarkable woman. I stumbled across her website by chance, but as soon as I read about her and her work, I knew she was the right doula/birth keeper for us. Our sessions during my pregnancy ensured we built a loving, nurturing relationship. By the time my due date arrived, my partner and I trusted Jimena wholeheartedly. When she arrived at our home during my labour I cried with relief. My partner was my primary support, but having a wise woman like Jimena present, meant the world to me. As secondary support, Jimena felt like a guardian angel for me and our unborn baby. This became important when the midwives arrived and the atmosphere in our home became pressurised. In the face of mounting pressure to go to hospital, (because my labour was a variation of normal), Jimena calmly and respectfully advocated for me. After our son was born Jimena was the last person to leave our home. She cared for me, my partner and our newborn son tenderly. She fed me and helped my son latch on to my breast for his first feed. Over the coming weeks Jimena continued supporting us from afar and when I was ready she came to our home with food and sat with us lovingly to debrief my son’s birth. I believe birth is scared and as a witness to my son’s birth, Jimena was able to help me process the experience. If my partner and I are blessed with another child one day, we would want Jimena at our side again.“

Bear arrived safely Earthside with a calm energy so calm his older brother slept all through the birth and didn’t wake up until the next day.

“La Cerrada” or “Closing of the Bones” ceremony is a Central and South American tradition that marks the closing of a mother’s 4th trimester or early post partum period.
We shared a blue lotus tea to open the ceremony. Yolande brought beautiful Ayurvedic wisdom and belly massage whilst I massaged Nina’s feet giving her reflexology and then reiki. We used the rebozo’s to hold her and swift her body gently. We closed with poetry and yummy cacao treats Yolande made for all of us.
Thank you Nina for your kindness and trust. It was an honour to walk this journey together.
