Ich finde ja, im Januar muss man es nicht gleich übertreiben mit neuen, großen Projekten. Wem will man etwas beweisen? Wem macht so großer Druck schon Spaß?
Viel wichtiger finde ich, dass man in sich hineinhört, wozu man gerade die Kraft und auch die Lust hat. Es gibt natürlich Dinge, die muss man angehen, weil etwas anderes davon abhängig ist oder man eine Deadline hat. Aber es gibt auch oft Druck, den man sich selbst macht. Und ich habe festgestellt: Immer wenn ich den Druck rausnehme, kommt die Motivation von ganz alleine.
Deswegen lasse ich euch dieses Jahr auch mal an kleinen, scheinbar unbedeutenden Projekten teilhaben, die vielleicht nicht mal einen eigenen Insta-Post verdient hätten, die mich aber trotzdem ziemlich happy gemacht haben.
Den Anfang macht mein kleines Home-Office-Update unter dem Fenster. Seit ich im Schlafzimmer die Wandleisten unter dem Fenster angebracht habe, laufe ich täglich am Büro vorbei und denke: Da fehlen auch Wandleisten!
Zack, war ich letzte Woche im Baumarkt, habe mir drei Leisten gekauft, ausgemessen, gesägt, geklebt, gestrichen und war nach kurzer Zeit fertig.
Jetzt gehe ich jeden Tag ins Büro und freue mich so sehr darüber. Ein Gedanke weniger in meinem Kopf und ein großer Mehrwert mit so wenig Aufwand.
Die kleinen Schritte eben.
Einfach mal tiiief ein- und ausatmen. So viel Zeit muss sein.
Seit ich das erste Mal in den Bergen war, hab ich mir immer einen Ausblick aus dem Fenster zu Hause auf die Berge gewünscht.
Jetzt hab ich ihn endlich. Mitten im flachen Rheinland.
Na gut, leider ist der Berg kein Berg und nur der Erdhügel von der Großbaustelle gegenüber 😂 Aber ich freue mich trotzdem drüber. Haha.
Auch jetzt mit dem Schnee und wenn die Sonne untergeht und alles so schön rosa ist, wie auf dem letzten Bild 🥹

2026 ist ein besonderes Jahr für mich.
Beruflich. Aber auch persönlich.
wird 10 Jahre (!) und ich kann es gar nicht fassen.
Was ein Ritt, was eine Achterbahn und vor allem: Was eine tolle, unfassbare Zeit 🫶🏻
Im März 2016 habe ich mich selbständig gemacht. Was ich bis heute bin. Was darauf folgte, hätte ich mir nie erträumen können. Aber auch nicht, wie herausfordernd eine Selbständigkeit sein kann.
10 Jahre Erfahrung später weiß ich allerdings auch, dass man mit starkem Willen Berge versetzen kann. Dass schwere Zeiten auch große Chancen sein können und dass man manchmal eben doch nicht alles in der Hand hat. Und das ist ok. Aber vieles zum Glück schon und daran muss man sich nur ab und zu erinnern. Das möchte ich 2026 tun und deswegen möchte ich mit euch das ganze Jahr lang feiern. Und nicht nur eine Woche oder einen Monat.
Persönlich. Dankbar. Offen.
So starte ich heute ins neue Jahr und habe viel Vertrautes und viel Neues im Gepäck, auf das ich mich unendlich freue, es step by step mit euch zu teilen. Natürlich auch im - stay tuned 🤩
2025 war es zeitweise recht ruhig um mich hier. Vielleicht für euch nicht wirklich spürbar, aber auch ich habe mich in dieser neuen wilden Welt, voll von automatisch generierten copy/paste KI-Inhalten gefragt, wo mein Platz hier ist und wie er zukünftig aussehen soll. Wo möchte ich meine Energie hineinstecken? Für was stehe ich?
Die Antwort darauf habe ich für mich gefunden und jetzt kann das neue Jahr starten ✨

Egal ob im Glashaus, auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon oder im Wohnzimmer – selbst in der kleinsten Bude findet sich immer ein kuscheliges Plätzchen, mit dem man sich den Alltag versüßen kann.

Die Vorweihnachtszeit ist schön, aber manchmal auch ganz schön stressig, sodass man zwischen all den Geschenken und Besorgungen auch manchmal das Leben vergisst.
Was hilft, wenn das Fass mal überläuft? Einfach mal kurz anhalten. Oder auch: ein unkompliziertes und entspanntes Dinner mit Freunden oder Familie.
Ein Klapptisch, zwei Bänke, gemütliches Licht und zeitloses Geschirr von, simples Essen zum Teilen und einfach nur für ein paar Stunden zusammen sein.
Und ganz wichtig: keine Weihnachtsdeko, denn die ist ja gerade sowieso überall 😉 Nichts Überflüssiges – nur das auf dem Tisch, was ihr wirklich braucht.
Macht es euch gemütlich – danach ist euer Herz garantiert wieder voll und so manche Alltagssorge plötzlich nur noch halb so groß, weil man gemeinsam drüber lacht und merkt: Es geht uns allen gleich 🫶🏻
