Set in a transforming district of Mantes-la-Ville, MANTECH brings together three higher education institutions within a bold, unified campus, anchored by the revival of the iconic Halle Sulzer.
The project envisions three contemporary buildings — Mécatech, Learning Hub, Reversilo — arranged around a central garden, creating a clear and open composition.
Light-filled and dynamic, the architecture reinterprets the site’s industrial rhythm with clean white volumes, vertical fins, and suspended walkways.
Designed for interaction, the campus blends shared spaces at ground level, learning environments above, and landscaped rooftops throughout.
Reversilo introduces a forward-thinking, flexible approach, ready to adapt to future uses and mobility.
Sustainability drives every detail: a cooling central garden, natural ventilation, and high-performance environmental systems shape a comfortable, future-ready learning space.
Vibrant and connected, MANTECH goes beyond a campus—an urban catalyst driven by the Conseil départemental des Yvelines, powering the economic, cultural, and collective future of the Mantois region.

On the outskirts of Paris, the Château de Ferrières-en-Brie — built in the 19th century by the French branch of the Rothschild family — enters a new chapter.
Wilmotte & Associés has been commissioned to create a 5-star hotel and transform the listed Orangerie into a spa, continuing the site’s ongoing renaissance.
Set behind the château, the new interventions align with the historic geometry of the estate and its 135-hectare landscape, preserving the spirit and identity of Ferrières-en-Brie.
The hotel reinterprets the language of traditional farm buildings through restrained volumes, pitched roofs and large glazed openings organised around a landscaped courtyard. Zinc and timber façades, left in their raw finish, create a dark and subtle palette in dialogue with the surrounding vegetation.
The Orangerie, fully restored, is reimagined as a spa centred around an interior garden, with treatment and bathing areas, combining heritage preservation with modern standards and comfort.
A project preserving the legacy of one of France’s remarkable landmarks, while shaping a new destination for contemporary hospitality.
In the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, Wilmotte & Associés is reinventing an obsolete 1980s office building as a high-performance workplace tailored to today’s urban needs.
The complete restructuring of 38 rue de Ponthieu reshapes the building’s architectural identity while restoring its alignment with the elegance of the Haussmannian streetscape.
A light stone façade framed by anthracite metal introduces a sober, refined and contemporary rhythm to the street, while a redesigned attic level opens onto an accessible terrace.
Freed from technical equipment through its connection to Paris’ district heating and cooling networks, the rooftop becomes a landscaped urban oasis promoting biodiversity, rainwater management, and thermal comfort.
Inside, the ground floor is reimagined around a generous double-height space flooded with natural light, creating open, fluid, and transparent interiors.
Blending heritage, sustainability, and architectural clarity, the project gives new life to 38 rue de Ponthieu through a luminous, future-oriented address.
A bold transformation is about to redefine the former mechanical workshop of the shipyards, a landmark site steeped in history in La Seyne-sur-Mer, left abandoned for over 30 years.
At its core, Wilmotte & Associés will bring to life an ambitious vision: an immersive museum dedicated to the Mediterranean, a cutting-edge innovation hub focused on the sea and ecological transition, alongside a 4-star hotel, a restaurant, and a spa totaling 5,500 m².
While the iconic Eiffel-style metal structure and two of the three original naves will be preserved, the scale of the project is significant: decontamination, restoration of historic spaces, integration of a new structure replacing the lost nave, landscape design, greening, and state-of-the-art interior and technological development.
With a 3,400 m² immersive museum and an 8,000 m² innovation hub featuring a research campus, startup incubator, offices, and a fablab, Immersion is set to become a global reference for ocean-related challenges and ecological transition.
A place to explore, learn, and act —designed for the public, students, professionals, institutions, and decision-makers alike.
Initiated by the Gana Foundation for Arts and Culture, the Jeju Gana Museum houses ceramics, traditional and contemporary paintings, and a significant body of work by Choi Jong-tae.
Inspired by Jeju Island’s urban scale and pavilion typology, the project is composed of four distinct volumes arranged like a cultural hamlet.
The reception pavilion —a dark, almost oppressive corridor— acts as a chamber for introspection before the discovery of the first exhibition room.
It leads to the central pavilion, ten meters high, with its double-skin façade made of glass blocks, resembling a large Korean lantern that diffuses a soft light at dusk—a metaphor for shared knowledge and wisdom.
The third pavilion incorporates two exhibition levels while the fourth pavilion, dedicated to Choi Jong-tae, features a large exhibition hall crossed by a mezzanine that evokes the atmosphere of the artist’s studio and offers a rare closeness to his works.
Local materials, particularly black volcanic stone, play a central role: the flamed mineral façades evoke the island’s telluric strength and contrast with the fragility of the central pavilion’s double skin.
More than an exhibition space, the Jeju Gana Museum is an architectural landscape shaped by memory, light, and the dialogue between art and life.

Located in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, between rue Royale and rue Boissy-d’Anglas, Galerie Royale is a remarkable heritage ensemble, where 18th-century mansions meet early 20th-century architecture blending colossal order and Art Deco influences.
Currently being reimagined by Wilmotte & Associés, the project introduces a new public gallery that will reconnect both streets, simplifying circulation and restoring continuity and legibility to this historic block.
Courtyards are opened up, later additions reworked or removed, and new transparencies reveal the full richness of the original façades.
Careful restoration is paired with discreet contemporary interventions, glass and metal enhancing without competing.
Designed to bring in natural light, improve energy performance, and ensure greater accessibility, the project aims to create a more fluid and comfortable experience.
Galerie Royale will host retail, offices, and refined dining, transforming a once-overlooked passage into a lively and elegant urban destination.
A dialogue between heritage and modernity, redefining the art of passage.
A new cultural landmark is emerging in Marrakesh.
The future Al Mathaf Museum will house a major Moroccan collection dedicated to Berber culture — an essential part of the country’s history — as well as archaeological remains from the Mediterranean basin and Islamic art.
Built on the site of an existing structure, the building designed by Wilmotte & Associés makes use of rammed earth and stone, echoing local materials.
Its large central courtyard, which separates the museum’s two wings, features a reflecting pool showcasing outstanding archaeological artifacts.
Enclosed by rammed earth panels, the courtyard gradually reveals itself from the street, through a sequence of spaces designed to evoke discovery and contemplation.
A project that embodies Marrakesh’s role as a cultural crossroads and highlights the exceptional flourishing of both rural and urban cultures in Morocco.

Born from a partnership agreement between and, the new Centre Pompidou x Hanwha-Seoul is set to open in South Korea in May 2026.
Each year for four years, two monographic exhibitions will showcase works on loan from the Musée National d’Art Moderne in Paris.
To host this new institution, Hanwha entrusted Wilmotte & Associés with transforming a 15,000 m2 site at the base of the iconic 63 Building —the headquarters of the Hanwha Group—on Yeouido Island, in the heart of Seoul’s financial district.
In contrast to the tower’s verticality, the new Centre Pompidou’s 150-metre-long glass facade establishes an urban connection with the Yeouido district: backlit at night, it becomes a horizontal luminous landmark and a cultural beacon visible from the Han River.
On the first level, a peaceful and intimate sculpture garden offers a moment of respite, inviting visitors to pause amidst the rhythm of the city.
