Early December Arran toed the line at PATAGONMAN for her first ever full Ironman distance race.
She walked away 3rd overall female at 22 years old.
The 3.8km swim took place in freezing cold waters.
180km of remote Patagonian roads with 2,600m of elevation gain
A full marathon with 1,200m of climbing, trail sections, and terrain that rewards patience while being surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery out there
I had the chance to crew Arran on the ground and honestly, it was the coolest experiences I’ve had in the four years since I started INNER ATHLETE Coaching. Watching an athlete stay composed, and keep moving forward for 13+ hours in one of the hardest endurance races on the planet hits different when you’re right there with them and get to see it all play out right in front of you.
Execution, grit, and maturity well beyond her years. Proud of you Arran.

Between chasing these physical pursuits and working on my business and meeting incredible people. It sometimes feels like my brain moves at 10000mph and I forget to realize just how much I’ve accomplished since I started all this let alone just this past year.
It’s easy to brush doing cool things under the rug when you just keep sending it onto the “next thing” which is something I’ve been pretty guilty of.
It wasn’t all happy go lucky. I feel like I have periods where I struggle, then periods where I feel invincible.
If I’ve learned anything, to navigate those (very normal seasons of life) It’s important to “bend” not “break”. Don’t take yourself too seriously but keep pivoting and pushing towards the things that excite you, it all works out with time. Also having a tiny hint of (delusional optimism) never hurts:)
I’m proud of myself for this life that I’m building.
Grateful for the last 365 and ready for another round on this big spinning rock

Weekends like this are pretty hard to beat. The combination of all the hard work you put in preparing for these races and being able to celebrate that with others who are doing the same is so cool. The community of people this sport brings together makes these days/weekends what they are.
Thank you to everyone for all the support on course and for all the messages, it truly means the world. Leaving Tempe inspired to keep sharing this whole journey thing that I’m on🤞🏻
Big thanks to for whipping me into shape all year, excited to keep plugging away.

Looks like the “Road to Kona” is officially ONN
More to come on the race laterrr
The last minute weekend roadie down to the states to rip one last 70.3 for the year complete
A pleasure to share the course with the teammates Inspired being apart of such a fast group of guys that put on clinic at these races, yet are some of the nicest/humble guys you’ll ever meet.
Huge shoutout to these gents for crushing his 2nd 70.3 going 4:38, for passing me once again on that run and for towing me into t2 the last 10k of the bike.
Love these trips to do these races, always cup half full kinda weekends
7 more weeks till Arizona, so back home now to Canada to keep getting the bod in shape to race the full distance
Also the first race of 2026 is on the calendar. We are going to Nice, France for the world champs next September 🥖🇫🇷
More to come race wise from this weekend when the pics come in🤝🏻
Yes:) the YouTube video is live and it would mean the world if you go show it some love.
Little insight into race week with and myself, the sub 9:40 finish, list goes on.
My favourite thing in the world is documenting these races & having them to reflect back on in the future. Even if they aren’t professionally put together, it’s the overall storyline of this life I’m documenting which is why I do it.
Why have pictures when you can make video evidence of your pursuit of life.
A video like this doesn’t do justice all the work I put in behind the screen when it comes to my business, training, etc.
But I hope this inspires at-least one of you to jump on that “thing”
Don’t live a complacent life thats not yours.
