Once is opened myself to cacao my feminine essence was awakened. It unlocked something special within me and I stepped fully into this new world and embraced it.
I undertook a cacao dieta, where I drank and meditated with cacao every day for 30 days and opened my heart to her - the plant spirit within cacao that moves through us after we drink her.
Working with her I quickly realised that yes she, Cacao, is a major super food packed with antioxidants, magnesium for the heart and brain but that she is also a mood elevator making her of so much more value than chocolate.
She helps connect you back to your intuition and those deeply held beliefs, often hidden under the surface, that you are here for more.
