🎤PSA for all gym goers this January! 🎤

Yes I made this last year but the message, sadly, remains the same. Above all else, fitness should be inclusive - so please - let’s leave this narrative in the past where it belongs. Okay - your favourite machine in the gym is taken - why not try something new? You’re finding classes hard to get into - reserve your spot as soon as the booking window is open.
Let’s support and lift up the new gym and class members and not make ourselves the reason someone quits on their fitness journey 🩷

I’m 10 years alcohol free and wanted to share my sober journey with you. With a lot of noise around “Dry January” or “New Year New Me” (🤢) people start to think about cutting back on drinking - which can seem daunting and like you don’t know where to start. Or what an alcohol free life can look like.

I’ve shared my experience and journey here (swipe to read) - reach out if you have more questions 🩷

As the sun sets on 2025, it’s okay to not be sharing your highlights if it was a year you’d rather forget. People rarely show their lows or failures, so please don’t compare your reality to someone else’s Best Bits Reel. The sun will rise again tomorrow on a brand new day and if all you do is make it out of bed and put one foot in front of the other, that’s more than okay.

I’m here with nothing but love and support for everyone who’s sharing their highs this year - I’m celebrating your wins from the sidelines but just wanting to draw a line under my 2025.

Whether you make resolutions or not, just promise me one thing - make 2026 the year you tell people you love them and you hug all your dearest ones just that little bit tighter 🩷

Here’s to a healthy New Year 🙏🏼

Sending love to anyone with an empty seat at the Christmas table this year - cherish every minute with loved ones over the next few days - so you will always have the happy memories in the difficult times. And remember it is okay not to be okay - even at Christmas.
Hope you and Tia are having massive Christmas cuddles as you always loved to do sis ❤️🎄

I’ve just finished training up 10 new Spin Instructors at - some of whom had never taught Spin before, but they’re ready to bring their energy to gym members from January now that they have the skills and confidence to structure and coach a class.

Get to know me… 🥊Boxing🥊 edition - because two years ago today I stepped into a boxing ring in front of 2000 people for my first ever fight… and won! The whole experience with was incredible - tough, but incredible. And if you’ve only started following me recently you may not. know I’ve fought at all.
I took my 10 week training camp very seriously and put in as much work as I could with my amazing coach - the best mentor I could have asked for as he pushed me out of my comfort zone every week (even when I complained… a lot 🙊) - but there’s nothing comfortable about getting punched in front of a crowd so getting used to being uncomfortable was exactly what I needed from a coach.
Having something to train for felt great - as Joe rightly drilled into me, I wasn’t stepping into that ring to tick a box and say I’d done it, I wanted to get in there, give my best possible performance… and win. So I got my head down and worked on exactly that. It was physically tiring, mentally tough and I got injured during training - but I’d made a commitment to bring the best I could to the ring, so Joe pushed me and helped me get there.
Is that me done with fighting? All I know is I would love to do it again, and to bring more next time. That requires an investment of time and money (great coaches aren’t cheap - but it pays to work with the best!) that honestly speaking I’ve not had this year - but 2026 is around the corner and today has got me remembering how amazing it felt to step through those ropes knowing I couldn’t have worked any harder and feeling all that hard work come together. That and bringing my own brand of camp energy with my fan and Britney ring walk to make an on brand Wildcat entrance 😹
All I can say is my White Collar Fight was definitely not “one and done” and the desire to do it again is definitely there. And if you’ve been thinking of giving it a go… do it. And do it with as they’ll look after you start to finish. Like I always tell my clients, you never know what you’re capable of until you give it a try 🥊

Everything you need to know about me as a PT - how I got here and how you can work with me.

I’ve been a Personal Trainer, and owner of my own PT business since 2013. But this isn’t my first career - I’ve been a TV Presenter, PR and Events Co-Ordinator and Executive Assistant. So I truly understand the challenges of making training work against the backdrop of a busy job.

I wasn’t a sporty child, in fact I used to try every excuse to get out of PE because I lacked confidence in myself and my body. I struggled with eating disorders in my teens and twenties and viewed exercise as punishment - and I hated it. In my mid 20s, making the most of busy corporate life in London with work drinks and dinners, I realised one day how unfit I had become when I struggled to walk up the stairs in my building. It scared me, but I had no idea what to do - so I hired a Personal Trainer to help me. And I’ve never looked back.

I had never thought about what my body could do, only what it looked like. When I started focusing on feeling my body working, of getting stronger, working harder I started building confidence too - proud of my achievements and how they felt, not how I looked in the mirror at the end. I fell more and more in love with being strong, and I knew I wanted to help others feel this way too, and show people what they were truly capable of.

And that’s what I do - and have done for over 12 years now. I’ve trained everyone - from students to Grammy Winners to office workers to Royalty and many other people in between. I train people who’ve been exercising for years and people who’ve never set foot in a gym - no matter what your level of experience I can help you. I focus on achievements, not numbers on scales - I pride myself on helping people grow in confidence, not physically shrink themselves.

I’m based at in Ealing - a private PT Studio and I love being part of the community there. If you’d like to work with me there in 2026, get in touch now - even for an exploratory chat. No pressure, no guilt, just making people believe in themselves more one workout at a time 💪🏼

I started teaching Group Fitness Classes in 2008 - and I still teach 17 years later because I genuinely love it. The connection and community unites people of every ability and background, and I am still passionate about creating that feeling every time I teach.

I started in Studios teaching Body Pump and Body Attack (for 10 and 8 years respectively), and was then an F45 Coach for 2 years before discovering my true teaching love - Spin classes. I auditioned, and got rejected from two studios (and that was tough) before training for 6 months (don’t ask 😹🙊) at FirstLight Cycle to be one of their Founding Instructors. From there I went to Boom Cycle - starting as an Instructor (and being trained by one of the best ) and then becoming Head of Trainer Development. Truly my happiest times as an Instructor were here and I made friends - colleagues and Riders who have a permanent place in my life. It didn’t end the way I wanted but being part of that community was very special.
During my last year at Boom my Head Trainer Role evolved to look after the instructor team at KOBOX too, so I trained as a KOBOX Instructor and taught Boxing Classes in Chelsea and Marylebone. And as boxing wasn’t something I had as much experience of I decided to fully immerse myself and signed up and trained for a White Collar Fight. And won - but that’s another post 😉

From Boom Cycle and KOBOX I went to Digme Fitness to teach Rhythm Cycle, and now that me and my Personal Training business are based in Ealing, you can now find me at Gymbox Ealing teaching Bike&Beats.

For the past 7 years I’ve also been teaching my very own signature Body Bootcamp classes every Summer on the Floating Pocket Park in - one of the highlights of my Summer every year thanks to the stunning setting, diverse mix of attendees and it being my very own baby that I started from scratch - can’t wait to be back for Summer 2026!

People ask me if I intend to give up teaching now I’m 45 but I always said I’d keep doing it as long as I loved it…. And I truly still love it 🩷

I have over 16 years of experience in the Fitness Industry - and I love helping brands, companies and studios who want to create something meaningful with fitness - and showing them how to make it happen. Whether this is providing an amazing class experience and training the Coaches to deliver this, creating a bespoke wellness programme for a luxury hotel, or helping consumer brands bring a product to life - I can help. I’ve done all this, and more!

I was the Head of Trainer Development for Boom Cycle - solely responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire Instructor team across 5 London studios. I helped create new class formats and ensured these were being delivered to the highest possible standard.
I’m currently working with and their in-house Spin Instructor team on creating a class blueprint that will keep members coming back and build a fitness community - and supporting them in doing this effectively and with confidence.

I worked with in The Maldives as a Visiting Practitioner within their Wellness Team - curating a bespoke timetable of unique class experiences at this 5* resort. Teaching Sunset Spin classes on a private beach with a Live DJ mixing my playlist and cooling off post class with a dip in the Indian Ocean is up there with my career highlights!

I’ve worked with many brands and agencies on Product Launches and Press Events. One of my most recent was for hosting a launch event for 24hr Active Dry Shampoo at by putting 40 Journalists and Beauty Influencers through a HIIT class to see if the dry shampoo could withstand the heat and sweat of an intense workout. A perfect way to bring a new product to life in a memorable setting.

If you want to create a new class, find and develop new Instructors, create a bespoke timetable from scratch, host memorable fitness experiences, or create a buzz about a new product using fitness then get in touch - I can definitely help!
